However, the worker told me they didn't have it, so I opted for their garlic and herbs cream cheese option, but they didn't have that either. I decided to get just plain cream cheese because of that. I did appreciate the worker's patience! The cream cheese wasn't as good as I wanted it to be- it tasted light and faint but I was looking for a more wholesome, fuller flavor. They were generous with the amount of cream cheese they spread on it, which was great because I normally use a lot! The bagel was tasty!! The outer part of it had a crust-like consistency to it and the inside was soft and thick. It was a decent size and quite filling. The shop was very busy but the line moved pretty quickly. Their ordering system was a little messy, however, but I didn't mind it.

It was lukewarm, had one highly processed Kraft American cheese slice on it, bacon that was more fat than meat, and a tiny bit of egg. Appetite was off for half a day after I had it. Oh and it was $9. It was fast since they had it already wrapped and sitting on a shelf like fast food. A fast food place would be so much better and less expensive.

I accidentally left my phone on the counter when I visited this bagel shop. We called my phone over 30 times, and no one picked up or made any attempt to return it to its owner. I then called the shop directly, and I was told that they did not have my phone. I tracked it using another device, and the location was clearly showing that it was inside the bagel shop. My husband went back inside and asked about it, and once again they said they didn't have it. Only after he showed them the location tracking and explained that the phone was definitely there, a guy from the back finally came out with my phone. What is most upsetting is that there were very few customers in the shop and the workers were not busy, yet after more than 30 calls, no one answered the phone or seemed to make any effort to return it. We were also told twice that they didn't have it, even though the location clearly showed otherwise. A bagel shop shouldn't be judged only by the quality of its bagels. Customer service, honesty, and how you treat your customers are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression and completely ruined my opinion of this place. I expected much better and will not be returning.

After the temp, for the fifth day in a row, exceeded 95 before 10AM, a frozen hot chocolate was the only thing that could satiate me alongside my pork roll, egg, and cheese bagel! The chocolaty goodness, the cold ice crystals, the sweetness of the drink and the whipped cream. Yes, that made life bearable for a bit. While there a staff member realized the lights were off and turned them, and then realized it was making it warmed and quickly turned them off. Smart move! Cute little building with some seats at a counter around the sides (and a few outside, though nobody was biting on those that day).
