    Pork roll egg and cheese

Ordered here for breakfast while having a day at the beach. It was pretty busy. Got some iced coffee and also a pork roll egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Tasted like your traditional breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious

Cute spot. On the pricey size for coffee. Morning coffee order ha easily over $20 Sandwiches and toast options looked good. Summer is upon us- they need a better ordering system. Long, 10 person deep lines for pricey coffee won't last. I only waited to see the appeal. They take your name with the order but then call out the order leading to confusion. Orders sitting in the counter because they aren't calling names. I asked about iced coffee and was told cold brew is iced coffee: which it's not.

Yassss! Such a cute little cafe!!! It is the perfect location... right in the middle of the boardwalk and has the perfect menu options to choose from. Of course with it being a sunny long day at the beach, I wanted to wake up with some coffee, but they had frozen coffee to even make it better !!! Soooooo now I can cool down and energize myself, two for one! It was delicious, I ordered the caramel flavor, they had two flavor options- mocha or caramel. There other items they had on the menu seemed good little cafe type food items too, but since I had just finished eating at some of the restaurants at the boardwalk I didn't order anything else.

Coffee is very yummy it was made quickly. Service was ok, I think they just opened. I also got a coffee cake it was prepackaged and very moist and yummy. It was cute inside very summer cute vibes! Love it !!

Blue Cup Coffee is another staple of mine when I am at the Jersey Shore! I love getting it on my morning walks! The coffee is delicious and the staff is super friendly! I haven't had any food from there, but I have heard good things about it! The coffee that I like to get is an Iced Caramel Latte or Iced Vanilla Latte. I also really enjoy their Iced Chai Latte as well! All of which with oatmilk! The coffee is smooth and tastes delicious and definitely helps to beat the heat!

I had the coffee yesterday and wanted to try their breakfast early in the Morning and get a real feel for my possibly new coffee spot ? The service was mediocre .... the teenager behind the screen was either new or just overall VERY shy and the other employees all looked miserable .. granted I hate mornings too !!!!! But even maybe one little smile or good morning ? Anyways .. I ordered a turkey , sausage and cheese on a roll w salt , pepper , ketchup .. and it was eh. It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. The turkey sausage tasted very rubbery .. I will give this shop one more chance tomorrow and hope that Blue Cup lives up to all the hype .

EXPERIENCE 1. Blk Coffee: - simple, smooth, transparent, safe, neutral flavor range. - able to taste water used to make coffee. (Not the best) 2. Americano: - similar to house coffee, bolder, nutty, smooth. SERVICE - young, busy, fast and friendly enough. RECOMMENDATIONS - house blend is too safe. I recommend energizing their house blend with more flavor. - water used for house brew needs to improve.

Coffee is decent, good location on the Seaside Park boardwalk, but incredibly tiny portions and options on the breakfast sandwiches.

Beach Culture is unabashedly that - a little eatery that celebrates all things beachy! Having said this, I appreciate Beach Culture for what it is - a little stop for a small bite on the way to the beach. Believe it or not, there is usually a line outside this place on the weekends, and I can see why with a younger crowd especially. Young, beach-going vacationers will feel the pull of the waves as they stop in for a smoothie or an acai bowl. (If I was a kid, that's what I would do anyway!) I came here a few times last week - once to check it out and grab some food for myself, and once to bring my nieces because I felt like they would dig this place. I purchased a few of their toasts both times - for $4.50 each, the price is admittedly a liiiiiittle on the steep side for some bread with toppings, but Beach Culture needs to survive somehow, right? I do have to say, both toasts were very well balanced with fruit and toppings (one was banana / peanut butter / cacao and the other was strawberry / nutella / cacao ) - really nice for a light breakfast. I also grabbed a shaka coffee which was extremely tasty - and I can't wait to try their other specialty mixes. My nieces opted for a acai bowl and went absolutely bonkers for it, saying it was better then Playa Bowls (which is their all time favorite). There are a few things that prevent me from giving Beach Culture five stars, even if those things can't be helped. Seating is definitely limited - there are only two small tables outside - and the workers here can be a little on the slow side (although, they are all so lovely and friendly). But it's BEACH CULTURE, so if you're in a rush when going to this place, are you even at the beach? I also will admit their menu is a bit limited, but I take it for face value. If you want a quick / light snack, a coffee, or a smoothie, then this place will satisfy your needs. I adore this little eatery at the Jersey Shore, and will be coming here to get my caffeine fix!

Not to mention, I love supporting a small business such as the local ice cream parlor down the shore. The new owners definitely put a fair amount of work into this place to distinguish it from the old Charlie's. The ice cream shop is completely rebranded - the decor is modernized, sleek, and clean, which leaves an upscale feel to the place. I particularly love the mermaid scale wallpaper - very cute and beachy. It's also very brave of the Salty Scoop to market both ice cream and coffee because those are two very different things that are sold at different times of the day. However, while I am glad that there is an ice cream parlor here, I can't see myself or my family regularly returning to the Salty Scoop like we did Charlie's. For one, they offer a lot less flavors then other local ice cream parlors in the area. While their flavors are eclectic and interesting, the selection seems a little sparse compared to their biggest competitors (the place has two other local shops both north and south of it). But the biggest flaw of the Salty Scoop is its lack of soft ice cream. I'm not really sure why the owners have decided against having a soft ice cream machine - perhaps its because they want to showcase their fun hard flavors? - but I think it's a huge missed opportunity, especially considering this is an ice cream establishment down the shore. Last year, the Salty Scoop opened late in the season, and it had me wondering if they would add in a soft ice cream machine this year - not so. It just leaves me scratching my head. We usually keep ice cream in our freezers so hard ice cream is not something my family seeks. And while the ice cream here tastes fine, IMO it's not out-of-this world amazing that would keep me hooked and coming back for more (like, say, a gelateria). In addition, considering the whole kitsch to this place is 'cones and coffee,' I was a little disappointed to see there are basically two separate menus for ice cream and coffee. You can do A LOT with ice cream and coffee, especially in this modern social media age where a single, cool-sounding item can go viral online. (How about offering a coffee-cream shake that combines coffee and one of the fun flavors of ice cream?) One last thing - I noticed they added a branded Playa Bowls menu to their selection, which is an interesting move to get customers in on their part. While it is nice to have more selection, it yet again leaves me scratching my head and wondering what the true identity of the Salty Scoop is. Regardless, I really hope this place does well and makes it - especially since there is steep competition in the area when it comes to ice cream! The property would truly feel empty without an ice cream parlor. Bottom line - if you're a local in the area that is craving a scoop of ice cream, this will scratch that itch, although you may need to go elsewhere if you're seeking a little more selection.
