    The restaurant appeal.

Dawn was great she made me feel like she cared about us. She even brought our baby's food out before the rest of the order to help with her fussiness. Food was exceptional. I love that they toast the buns on the burger. Missed the old fries but the crinkle cut fries are cooked well. My wife got the Avocado toast and she really liked it. The appeal looks great. I would just clean entrance floor it smelled like the rug had stagnant water trapped underneath it.

Don't not get Village Bowls off DoorDash it's through "Bakers Square" I've ordered two different bowls and EACH TIME they were thrown together, missing a lot of ingredients and it also doesn't look like the pictures provided. Will NOT be ordering Village Bowls again!!! The picture shown is supposed to be the Chicken Burrito Bowl

    Yummy yummy pie!

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

The guy at the register was very helpful with the menu and suggestions. They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. Overall, nice place for lunch.

But whoever is grilling the burgers at the other location is who is keeping me coming back. Other than that, other location is farther from me, it's worth a drive. What I really like about this place is the fresh meat and the disclaimer about the meats and how it's prepare. Well, I didn't like this time around is at the meat lacked seasoning, and the meat did not have that crispy edge or the juiciness in comparison to the other location. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location unless I'm really thirsty for a good burger. If this is your first time at this location, then yes it's delicious. It's one of the best burgers in Cleveland. If you visit the other location first you're definitely gonna be disappointed when you go to this one.

The menu is really nice, loaded with so many appetizing things! I wanted to start with a side salad and ordered that, but unfortunately it never came. I did get their spicy French dip, which was a special and it was decent. The onion rings were amazing, so were their baked beans. Service was decent for a group our size. Overall, it was a decent visit.

The meatballs were crispy on the outside but soft and juicy inside. They were served with a trio of pickled items that complimented the dish nicely! The boneless wings had a firm texture and tasted like they had never been frozen. Not sure what brand they are using, or if they are house made, but they far exceeded expectations! We will definitely return, hopefully with friends and try the rest of their adventurous menu!

Anyone who only gives 4/5 or 5/5 food doesn't know a damn thing about food or service. First watch has perfected the 'one-off diner' experience in a chain. They have a great, full menu, like what Denny's used to be, only on steroids. Their menu: They offer all the favorites. From Eggs Benedict, to Sausage and Gravy to your usual breakfast staples you'd expect from a breakfast-diner experience. Although they do serve sandwiches, I don't recommend them. Breakfast/brunch food is their strong suit. Their pancakes are nice and fluffy and they offer a variety of them from blueberry to banana. Waffles galore, and toast with jam. They know how to make eggs any way you want them. The Ambiance: It's very much a diner experience with diner service. It's passable. That's all you need. Not exceptional, not poor. The good news is that no matter what location. You go to, (I've been to 3), there is always a short wait list, which is a good sign. You're never waiting long, just be patient. It's a sturdy, good experience! Don't downplay a 3 star review. I'm honest. One or Two stars? I'd be careful. But repect the 3 star review as good, reliable, and worth visiting! Please stand for the Creed....
