So my bf got a regular size spicy trifecta, a spicy version of an Italian beef with cheese ($14.50). There was soooooo much sliced beef! He was a very happy and full guy after he finished his dinner. Typical me, I ordered the cubano sandwich ($13), which was well-made and perfectly salty. We also shared an order of extra crispy fried pickles ($4.50). These are definitely a must-order! After tax and tip, we paid about $35. The owner was very friendly and kind and enthusiastic about telling us about his business. We were the only ones dining in on a Thursday evening in 2026 but some people stopped in for carryout orders. We both hope to see this business thrive and plan to be back when we are next in the area. 100% recommend!

Faux marble wrap around bar and a few chairs are available to dine in. All guests were picking up to go orders during my visit. FOOD: The menu is straightforward. It was easy to review it during first visit and make quick decisions. There are multiple categories including Italian beef sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, pressed sandwiches, and sides. I ordered Philly sandwich ($13), fresh cut fries ($4.25), and two Italian beef egg rolls ($5). I ordered Philly sandwich since it's a classic and I felt like it would be the best choice. The meat tasted high quality. Unfortunately, I did not like any dishes. Meat in Philly sandwich was bland and could use more seasoning. It seemed like something was missing - cheese or something like mayo or other ingredients. It was literally bread and meat. The price for the size did not seem like good value. Italian beef egg rolls were dry both exterior shell and meat. The fries were a bit soggy but included a generous portion. I didn't eat much of my meal. Perhaps other menu items are tastier. The cafe has rewards program through Toast. You receive sign up 25 bonus points then 1 point for every $1.25 spent. Although my points did not calculate accurately, less points were provided. SERVICE: I didn't feel especially welcome and was rushed. The service was very quick, order was available in minutes. It was very impressive. This eatery is a good destination if you're craving quickly served sandwiches. It's especially true later in the day or on weekends when most businesses in Parma open early. It's just as good as I remember, so I wasn't surprised that the line was longer than Pizza Hut and McDonald's lines combined. Their sandwiches are made from seemingly fresher ingredients than most of the food places that the zoo has to offer. It's a bit sloppy (overstuffed with meats, cheeses, and vegetables), so be prepared to ask for napkins. The prices are great for the portion size, I'd say that the price is about the same as other locations (I know some zoo restaurants have inflated pricing). You could get away with splitting a sandwich with a friend, or saving half during your walk of the zoo.
