We explained what we were looking for and the sales associate knew exactly what to do. He measured our son's feet and then had him walk away and towards him to identify any pronation. He noticed a slight issue with his walk and immediately knew what shoe to suggest. My son ended up trying on three different shoes with slightly different corrections in them. The sales associate was super friendly and very helpful when choosing what shoe would be best. I've only been to two sneaker boutiques in Central Ohio and this one has a much better selection. It was busy and a little hard to hard to get help. I ended up buying a pair of sneakers that I've been eying for a long time. The buying experience was rushed. You want to make sure the $300 sneakers you are buying are a good fit and comfortable. I feel you get better service at The House of Hoops by Foot Locker (and they usually only have one person working) Ultimately, I got the shoes I was looking for.
