This is definitely a go to when I'm in the area. I absolutely love bakers. Unfortunately I live in LA County now so there is none out there but when I get a chance, this is where I go to get lunch or even an early dinner customer service is always great. Food is always delicious and the price can't beat it.

$5 off on app for my birthday!

I came here last Tuesday before going back out of town again. I was surprised they didn't have a Taco Tuesday anymore, at least at this location. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the cashier lady was really nice. I had a $5 off online coupon for my birthday month. I ended up ordering 3 tacos, a fountain drink, and a milkshake. I have always loved their delicious beef tacos. They always pack them with a good amount of meat, lettuce, cheese, and tomato. For my drink, I washed those tacos down with Sprite. Since it is my birthday month, I got a caramel milkshake! My friend was with me, and I also got her a strawberry milkshake. Great tacos, great milkshakes, close to home... Come to Bakers!!! I will definitely be back and recommend this place and any other Bakers when you are in the Inland Empire!

Don't care what people say, Baker's make a good burger. The meat that is used is quality if you compare a lot of these fast food chains in the I.E. Lettuce is not sagging and has a crunc. Sauce is decent. Overall Baker's makes a pretty good burger, can't complain. Fries are sub-par but not too bad. Triple Baker: 7.9 Fries: 6.9

My husband and I were looking for lunch in Upland. This restaurant popped up on Yelp with high…read morereviews, and we'd never had Indonesian food before, so we decided, "Why not?" We have nothing to compare it to, but I'm guessing the bar has been set quite high after today's experience! The calming green walls dotted with art, comfortable homey touches, and soft music playing made walking in feel immediately relaxing. We were greeted by a gentleman and we sat at a table of our choice. The menu offerings' descriptions made my mouth water! We chose two dishes to try: Ayam Goreng Kunning (turmeric fried chicken) and Rendang Sapi (beef rendang). My husband also got an Aren latte and I got iced jasmine tea. Our food was delivered to our table by the chef. She visited a bit with us, and we told her it was our first time trying Indonesian food. She spoke of how she came to make the recipes by watching her mother and grandmother. It was heartwarming and connective, as well as an homage to her family. And wow! What brilliant cooks to create such tasty dishes! My husband's beef was so tender and flavorful. I can't describe it as I don't know what all went into making it, but goodness it was delicious! My turmeric fried chicken had the crispiest skin without a hint of oil. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The accompanying hot sauce had just the right amount of heat without overwhelming its complex flavors. We both ordered the 50/50 turmeric and coconut rice. These two are such a great combo. We both also really enjoyed the tempeh. His coffee was gone within a few deep slurps. He really liked the Indonesian coffee bean flavor. Our plates were so full that neither of us could finish. So, we ordered pork satay to take home to add to our leftovers for tonight's dinner. The one thing that we couldn't wait to try though was the pineapple turnover. Mmm! Great pineapple flavor that was lightly sweet. Although baked, it still had a crispness to it - not mushy. The pastry was delicate. The friendly service, comfortable ambiance, and delicious and unique flavors will definitely bring us back!

They're the friendliest people and the vibe is visiting a family friends' house. When you walk in, it does feel kind of like a hybrid cafe/ coffee shop. This place popped up on my radar so I specifically came to get some Indonesian food, but figured hey...if they have a bunch of caffeinated beverages...why not?! I ordered the beef rendang platter and I think I ordered an iced latte. I can't remember the exact beverage, but I know it was cold, refreshing, and with caffeine. It had a cream top or at least creamy foam at the top. Both the beef rendang and the beverage were really delicious. So much flavor on the beef rendang without overpowering spice. A good portion as well. I would love to come back and try their Kaya toast among a variety of other items I saw available. Just really delicious Indonesian food coming out of an unassuming small cafe. I love places like this. Parking was pretty easy because the lot is pretty large.

But you know what has appeared? Mooyah. Booyah. What I love about this place is the eating off of baking sheets. It calls to the food barbarian who dwells within and who occasionally arises and goes marauding through kitchens, throwing whatever is available onto large sheets and placing such sheets under hot irons, and scorching them dousing them with sauces and cheeses and chilies and chili. Only to be sent once again asunder As a consequence of devouring such slop. But the food here is not slop. I digress. The shakes are thick and creamy. The fries are crispy and delicious. The Smashburger was very nicely done, seasoned well and tasty. All in attendance agreed it was a satisfying, quality meal. The counter service was impressive. It was like they were getting paid to attend to the needs of customers. And perhaps I'm a simpleton, but the fact that the burgers have creative, cheeky names 1000% increases my desire to try each one. The queso and fixins on the loaded fries met the needs of the aforementioned food barbarian. He slumbers.

Even the music they played was from the era, which made the whole experience feel so authentic and thoughtfully put together. I understand wanting to protect your linens, but the way it was handled felt rude and embarrassing. A polite request or a simple explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there. We never felt welcomed, and the staff came across as unfriendly and dismissive throughout our visit. Instead of enjoying a memorable tea with my granddaughter, we left feeling disappointed. There are many tea houses that know how to make guests feel valued and appreciated. Sadly, this was not one of them, and I won't be returning.
