So I love Bakers, but do not order from them if it is a third party delivery service. I have tried about 3 times and now I'm drawing the line. They NEVER get mobile orders right. Major food items are literally always missing and other items always made incorrectly. But when I visit the drive thru myself, no mistakes, everything is perfect. So lesson learned, when I want Bakers I need to drive myself. read more

Every time I go to this place they forget something. In the last 7 times I've been there they have shorted my order 6 times.with all the food that these idiots have shorted me it adds up to a whole meal. read more

These cheeseburgers do not taste like Bakers anymore. Fries tasted like oil...paid $30 for two nasty combos!

Gave my sparkling water instead of sprite, burger pattys are as thin as paper plates.

Food could be great but TOO MUCH SALT ON BURGERS.... And they refuse to cook the fries till done. Who wants half cooked fries ???? read more

Ordered bean and CHEESE burritos and was told "we are out of cheese". Uh, that's the other half of the burrito miss. I don't want a bean burrito. Maybe post a big sign at the drive thru, "we are out of cheese" so no one commits to driving in. read more

Their food used the be good, not today. Got a teriyaki chicken sandwich and it was the WORST! The bun was so old and dry it fell apart. The chicken was so dry it was impossible to eat. There was one little spot of teriyaki sauce. They chicken patty used to be cooked in the sauce, and was delicious. Today they just put a dry piece of chicken and a dot of teriyaki on an old bun. Won't be eating here again. read more

Went for lunch and had HORRIBLE SERVICE, my first time ever at this location. The girl taking orders drive thru was SUPER RUDE. She got my order wrong and gave me attitude. Amanda should reconsider her job if she hates working fast food customer service. Bad service Amanda. read more

Hands down - best Baker's ever. The ladies that work here are so gracious and kind. We came on a super busy Saturday night and they were extremely patient as we ordered our way through the menu and with all of our special requests. Thank you for the awesome food, service and ketchup! read more

Just want to give 5 stars to manager Jess. She was so friendly and helpful to every customer I saw walk up to the counter, including me. I asked about the cheese burrito, which was on the menu for a brief time, and she said she could make one for me. Delicious! Jess knows how to give great customer service and Baker's is lucky to have her!! read more

Just had to review this location. This is my go to even though there is one closer to me. But this Bakers has great customer service, food accuracy, temperature and variety is a plus. You can make something's vegan by taking away the dairy! Hoping for some vegan items in the future. read more

I've driven to this location at least twice to order food between 8:30-9:30 PM to find the location closed. Their postings on the doors that say the drive through is open until 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays but have found this to be untrue. I wish I could comment on the food or service but unfortunately I don't have data to supply information about this. read more

Had a really disappointing experience here today. Ordered 3 vegetarian combination burritos with no cheese (among other things), girl taking my order confirmed by saying "veggie combo burrito." Well, I get home and nope. Definitely not the veggie meat that was supposed to be in there. It was real meat. My wife and I are both vegan so to say we were disgusted is an understatement. We drive back and when we ask for our food to be replaced they said they were currently out of the veggie meat and that they were cooking more. This was about 20 mins after I first drove through. Kind of a funny coincidence right? Obviously can't confirm 100% but my gut tells me they just figured, "eh let's just put real meat in there." The girl who took my orders attitude didn't really seem to convey much sincerity either as she basically tried to say it was my fault. So yeah, whether it was carelessness or a lack of ethics, this place has definitely lost a customer. Quite a big screw up. Definitely a but different than just giving someone a hard shell taco rather than a soft taco. read more

Never going back. Avoid this location. Got a single and a double burger. Buns were stale and almost inedible. Fries were cold and stale. Tastes like yesterdays fries reheated out of refrigerator. How do you get cold fries during lunch rush when they sell the most? Also got a shake and taco. Definitely not 26 bucks worth. Hugher prices and cheaper food. Evertime i say im not going back and 6 months later i try again. This was last time for sure. Do yourself a favor and go to the mcdonalds next door. read more

I do not recommend bakers at all worst service ever had. False advertisement and very rude manager Jessica needs to learn customer service. Or maybe the bakers doesn't Believe in that who knows once again look for another fast food restaurant this should be called slow food and rude. Should've went with first instinct and went In & out read more

Have to say I continue to come here often because I love the food. This location use to be good. But for about the past two months, maybe more, the service of this location has come to a usually slower than turtle crawl every time. It doesn't matter whether you are dining in or driving thru. You are gonna wait a minimum of 15 minutes or more. I work in the food industry myself so I get speed of service methods. This store needs training and management badly. No one seems to hustle, no one seems to lead, no one seems to serve. Likely going to start driving out of my way to go to other Baker's locations just because of the level of service at this location. I hope it improves back to its original speed. read more

This place used to be a great option if you didn't want the typical burger and fries. The quality has gone WAY down.. a couple times they've "forgotten" to add items we paid for. The food itself has become bland and tastes old.. dry yet oily fries, cold burritos and always slow service. read more

I nor anybody in my family had ever eaten at a bakers until this store opened. We were expecting it to be low quality and were sort of suspicious of the restaurant due to the Mexican/ American menus. But I tried it and fell in love! Every time I come here I try something new. So far I've had the grilled chicken sandwich, chicken quesadilla, and the beef barbacoa burrito. Every one beat my expectations by a landslide. Way better quality than any other fast food chain I know. Another thing that's good is the food isn't greasy. Even the food with cheese, barely has any grease. I also like how they have a whole side of their menu for vegetarians, just in case I don't feel like meat one day. Ignore all of the negative comments, I have had nothing to complain about so definitely give it a try! I know I'm looking forward to trying their different flavored shakes next!! read more

Went to Bakers during the week and the chicken burrito was not quite up to par. Saved my receipt took a picture of it because it just wasn't like how it normally is with red sauce and shredded cheese just chicken and was on the small side. I contacted the manager Jessica and went by today and she made the burritos again and I was really impressed at her professionalism. While I was waiting for Jessica to make fresh chicken burritos I was offered a free beverage. I've always love bakers and still do. Was happy with the management and their customer service skills. I will be back!! read more

Okay, we were in this area to eat at another place, but since it wasn't open, we headed over to Baker's instead because apparently, a 3rd time has to be the charm with me. This was a nice quiet place next to a cool looking McDonald's. We decided to eat inside this time so we could have a good look at what a Baker's is and take some time going over the menu. The place was clean inside, had the short window dressings like you are in someone's kitchen, and had a nice atmosphere with the sounds of "Let's Get Physical" playing over the loudspeaker. I got the ground beef burrito which was pumped full of taco meat and with some extra hot sauce, was actually pretty good! The tortilla tasted fresh and the meat was nicely seasoned. It reminded me a lot of the old Del Taco Del Beef Burritos, back when they actually cared more about quality and less about profit. My wife got the Double Baker Burger and okay, I guess I see that the wafer thing hamburger patty is what a Baker's Burger is about because this looked the same as the Ontario version I had. Lots of lettuce and a tomator went with it, but it was funny to hear the crunching going on when eating a burger. She also had a bean & cheese burrito but didn't like it again when it was nearly as thin as a quesadilla and had too much tortilla for her. I rather like that myself and finished it for her. I think now that I see this place as more on the lines of a Del Taco, I can enjoy more; it's not really strong on burgers like an In N Out or a Burger King or something like that, but as a Am-Mex food place, it's good. And prices here are pretty decent too. Oh and lastly, the counter clerk brought the food out to our table. A nice touch that McD's lost along the way. read more

The last few times I've ordered from here the vegetarian taco protein has been so overcooked that it's dry and crunchy. I've been coming to this location for years so I'm surprised this is suddenly a thing, especially with the money spent (and the recent price hikes). I've had to throw away my food because it's so unappetizing that I couldn't finish. I don't think I'll be going to Bakers anymore. So disappointing. Only even giving them 2 stars because they used to be good. Otherwise it's definitely 1 star quality. read more

Stopped here for lunch going through the drive thru. I ordered a green burrito with sour cream. I ate my burrito waiting to get to the green sauce, unfortunately I never did. I called the store and spoke to the manager who offered me a new burrito. I asked her to just give me the difference in the cost of bean burrito versus a green burrito. She said she couldn't do that. I said to the manager what's so hard about getting the order right, I only ordered one item. The manager said they gave me the wrong burrito. So two customers in a row got the wrong item. Thank God these people aren't doctors. This is unacceptable. Also clean the drive through window and counter, it's so filthy. read more
