I contacted LTI and communicated that I had a flight planned to depart San Diego on June 20, 2026 to arrive at 6:30am (overnight flight across country, ~3000 miles) into Boston airport. Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it's my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges. I'm currently working to challenge their mistake. I asked them to provide the voice record so I could review and I'm willing to accept charge if I misspoke. No voice recording provided. It's very frustrating and today , I found they are not BBB accredited! It should also be noted that LTI added a 41 dollar tip for services not provided. Update: LTI agreed that they made mistake and communicated that they will not continue to process original charge.

And was pleasantly surprised. I called to arrange a pickup from Roslindale to the airport for the next afternoon at 4 PM. Fred took the call and told us he'd be there. The next afternoon, I called at 3 PM to confirm and said he was welcome to come as early as 3:30. He was here at 3:25 and called us from outside to say he was there. The cab was clean and quiet and we had a nice chat on our way to the airport. He offered to pick us up a week later so I e-mailed him our flight info. He confirmed receipt. I e-mailed him that afternoon to confirm and called him when the plane touched down. By the time we'd cleared baggage, he was waiting for us in the limo lot. Again a smooth safe ride home and he even told me about a good new sub shop in the area. I cannot speak too highly of him and I've already recommended him to a friend. This is the way service is supposed to be.

My 9yo son, husband and I flew from Asia into Boston this past summer and arranged in advance with Noel. His communication and professionalism is wonderful and appreciated. I even asked for our name sign at pick up to say something special (unique to our family) and he created it and took a picture to email me in advance to make sure it was what I wanted! One of my best friends showed up at the airport to surprise me and when we all walked out he even offered to give her a ride! He was social with us on our 1 hour commute but also gave us space. I had also let him know my husband was a larger (tall) man and he ensured me he would put us in something comfortable. He delivered with an immaculately clean, newer, large Cadillac Escalade. He was dressed as a professional chauffer should be dressed. He had waters for us and the ride was so comfortable and enjoyable-hard to say after being on a 15 1/2 hour flight! I HIGHLY recommended Noel's "Newton Limo Car" service. He also spoke very highly of his other driver! You should have no fear and great confidence reserving from this company! We will be booking with him again for our next visit back to the USA. Thank you Noel and Newton Limo Car.

Instead of marking down Ocean Street in Hyannis he put it as Ocean Street in Boston. Our driver was lovely and addressed the issue quickly. However, this morning my husband had multiple missed calls from the owner. When he returned the call he was addressed by a very angry, very aggressive owner who accused my husband of calling him a liar, told us the driver could be fired over this, and then when I chimed in he asked why I was even speaking and that I was part of the original problem. The owner then asked us to pay more for his mix up instead of just assuming the responsibility and eating the cost. The overall approach to the situation and lack of professionalism was shocking. Maybe if he wasn't trying to do business while traveling in Italy he would have gotten our reservation correct and we could have avoided this entire situation. My advice - look elsewhere.
