I used LTI limo service for a decade , they provided reasonable reliable service until now (June 2026). I contacted LTI and communicated that I had a flight planned to depart San Diego on June 20, 2026 to arrive at 6:30am (overnight flight across country, ~3000 miles) into Boston airport. Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it's my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges. I'm currently working to challenge their mistake. I asked them to provide the voice record so I could review and I'm willing to accept charge if I misspoke. No voice recording provided. It's very frustrating and today , I found they are not BBB accredited! It should also be noted that LTI added a 41 dollar tip for services not provided. Update: LTI agreed that they made mistake and communicated that they will not continue to process original charge. read more

We had a wonderful experience with this company in Boston going to and from Fenway from our hotel. The Intercontinental's concierge had set it up for us and it was so smooth. We had 25 people (all age ranges) to get to and from the Ballpark comfortably and it went very smoothly. Best Car Service in Boston! On vacation I believe a good guide and a good driver makes the vacation. The drivers were so informative and so much fun. They took great care of my granddaughter and I. We really liked the first driver as he was from Boston and knew everything. He is popular and he was already booked. They gave us another driver for day two and he was FABULOUS too! Then we received word we were getting the first driver (the one who knew everything. They went out of their way to make us happy. Yay! We are going to tour all day then go to see the Boston Red Sox at Fenway. The drivers know the short cuts to avoid the traffic. They are prices great. read more

Extremely disappointed by this company. They failed to meet my in-laws at the airport as requested, then blamed it on us for giving them a wrong arrival time which was not true. They then invoiced us for the entire fee, which is unacceptable: I could accept paying for the fare itself and the toll (generous of me, but as there was a disagreement on the cause of the fiasco I thought it was fair), but they refused to reimburse me for the "meet" part of the price (they clearly met nobody, as they were not there...), and even for the tip, which is supposed to be "recommended" and which was clearly not deserved in the circumstances as the driver did not doublecheck the arrival time. All in all, a VERY expensive price for ZERO actual service. I strongly recommend choosing one of their competitors. read more

Our family has been using LTI for a very long time. Unfortunately our trip to the Pops with Mike was a disaster. We gave him directions so that we could get to the concert on time but he yelled at us and would not listen. We were late for the concert. The same happened on the return trip. We are very familiar with the area and have been going to the Pops concert before Christmas with a limo for 29 years. Back talking to my sister and I and my mother. He was not waiting for us outside which LTI has consistantly amazingly been able to do every year. read more

After seeing a recent negative review here, I almost hesitated to book with them. However, based on recommendation of the Marriott Copley, I (thankfully) did. Entire experience, except initial call to reservations, was fantastic. As the wheels touched, I got a phone call from the dispatcher telling me where to find the driver (they aren't allowed to leave their vehicle, and his name. Then I got a text giving driver's name (Vincent) and vehicle description, go my luggage, walked to limo area and there he was Excellent service, great courtesy, and professional driving. Book online would be my suggestion: The ONLY negative was that the appointment takers (it required two calls) were having trouble with phone system - I though it was MY cell phone until the second switched to a real handset, and then all was fine. read more

I have used LifeStyle Transportation (LTI) for about 10 years. Their drivers are professionally dressed, the black cars are clean and they always are at the upper level at Logan Airport waiting with a name sign and the trunk open. There has been some driver training at this company, it is obvious. Highly recommend them. read more

We had to book transportation at the very last minute on a cold and wet day to shuttle guests from the hotel to the wedding venue a mere 2 blocks away. Joshua drove us round trip from Boston to Foxboro for the Pats game Saturday night. The actual car was nice and ride was fine. However, Joshua couldn't be bothered to actually drive us all the way to the stadium and made us walk half a mile in the cold to get to the game, even though we arrived two hours early. Also, instead of waiting for us in the Limo Lot like I had requested when I made the reservation, Joshua couldn't be bothered with that either. Instead, he made us walk a mile to supposedly meet him at the the McDonald's north of the stadium at 1130pm at night, then took another 30 minutes to actually show up. Did I mention it was 18 degrees outside and I was with my teenage son. Anyway, once we finally got in the car, Joshua actually drove SOUTH on Rte 1 instead of north, adding at least 30 minutes to the trip home. I hope Joshua had a great evening from 615-1130pm while I was paying him $88 including tip for him to be not waiting for us at the game. A Uber would have been 1/4 the cost and no less convenient. I am requesting a partial refund of at least the gratuity back for my inconvenience. Thanks. read more
