Long wait times. It's a shame that the service is so poor, because the snowballs are actually good. I can't give a higher rating, because the wait is always incredibly long in the drive-thru. Times I've gone inside, service is almost equally as slow. Young kids working there with little regard for time-management, playing around. I always see cars get out of line, because of the long waits. We come often, but only when we have time to waste. I've filled up a bunch of punch cards and brought a bunch of our relatives and friends in to discover the wonder and spectacle of Bucks. Almost all of those were great, fun experiences. My last three trips to you store I've the past five weeks have been average at best. It seems your young employees have lost your product consistency!!! Crunchy balls of ice and not enough juice. About halfway down tonight's baby tigers blood I hit plain white ice. Not enough topping to even go to the bottom of the cup. And the ice was super lumpy. My wife, daughter, and I came here because my wife wanted snow cones. Wait, no, ice cream. NO... snow cones. So we got there and she got a smoothie, naturally. In total, we ordered 2 small snow cones and her smoothie. I ordered Jolly Rancher, my daughter wanted some sort of a rainbow so we got her a cotton candy/apple/something purple combo, and my wife got a Wavebender smoothie. My daughter's snow cone was great to the point she actually ate 4 bites of it instead of her usual 2. My wife's smoothie was pretty good too, she had no complaint. My "Jolly Rancher" snow cone, however, was the most horrid excuse for a snow cone flavor I've ever had. Let it be known, I try some STRANGE flavors of things. And when I order such things, I do so accepting my fate of what it may or may not taste like, and don't return or exchange it. I don't feel like a Jolly Rancher flavored snow cone is that far out of the realm of "make it sweet and yummy" though. I still didn't return it, I just threw it away 3 bites in. I don't know about you, but I've never had the "Musty Sock" flavor of Jolly Rancher. In the end, it doesn't matter, because I got to eat 94% of my daughter's snow cone, but I still wasted my 4 dollars. Either it was mixed incorrectly, or the flavor needs a rename. I just received the worst shaved ice I have ever purchased. Two "Bahama Rama mama" that are half full. This feels like cheating customers with false advertising. Pretty cool place. Some of the tables were vacant but not wiped after customers left. The sno cones were great. Service was fine. Cool decor. Bathrooms appeared clean except the very sticky floors. They have a games section with games you can take and play at your table, Jenga, headbands and others. The area outside seemed cool with umbrellas at the tables. For four sno cones it was $18. My son said the men's bathrooms were clean and not sticky like the ladies. Could be a potential place for a kids party. I like that you can buy sno balls to throw. This place was awesome. I came with a group of 6-8. It was Tuesday night, we had to get away from the politics / election night drama. We.had.a.blast. Half of our group ordered 'basic' drinks. It was end of day, the owner had a few extra drinks left over & served them on the house. It was an educating experience. Multiple flavors & combinations, Jerry knows his stuff. So don't be afraid to try them. We must've stayed for hours, there's even a station for old fashion card/board games for public use. This is our favorite snow cone place. The texture of the ice is very unique unlike other places. The cream they add is very delicious. Reminds of Japanese ice cream. They have a ton of different flavors you can try. The place is nice and open. You can see the staff making the snow cones. You have a choice between seating inside or outside. Inside they have a nook full of board games that you can play when there with the family. And outside they have tables with umbrellas. The staff is very friendly. There is a drive thru for the people who don't want to come in. We ordered two birthday cake snow cones with creme, mango with creme and passion fruit with creme. All of them came with a cute umbrella. The birthday cake snow cones with creme were amazing. They tasted exactly like vanilla birthday cake with sprinkles. Its crazy how they can replicate the taste. The mango with creme didn't taste anything like mango. It was more lemon with creme. Definitely not our favorite. The passion fruit with cream also didn't have any similarity to the natural fruit. For me it had a more like fruity flavor. It wasn't bad. I enjoyed it because I ate it all. I would want to try other flavors. So I get here at about 9 pm on Sunday 8-4-19 and stand at order register and there are about 6 young adults behind the counter,maybe 16-19 yrs old literally standing around not doing anything and me not wanting to be rude I wait at the register to be attended and in the meantime they are throwing balls of shaved ice at each other playing around , so after they finally acknowledge me I order and it takes like 20 min to get 1 out of 4 small shaved ice snacks and in intervals of 5 minutes the other 2 . So 3 of 4 items we received and after another 8 minutes I get up and ask about my 4th item I ordered and the young man says sorry and proceeds to make it . Needles to say these young folks need some sort of supervision. read more

I usually love coming here but had a bad experience today. My sno cone had SO much syrup in it, it was inedible! I took it back up to the front, something I never do and I hate to do, and the girl took it and added ice to it. Well, that certainly didn't fix the problem. So...I asked for another cup and put the top ice in it and poured a little syrup from the original cup. Needless to say, it wasn't such a happy thing and sno cone was all over the table. I paid for a small and probably ate the equivalent of less than a baby. I may have to rethink spending my money here. I'm very sad. Love Bahama Bucks! My go to for year round sno balls. Lots of favors to choose from; I'm partial to sour apple or sour path. I haven't tried it with cream or ice cream, but I will in the future. The staff always look like they are having fun and enjoy their job. I accidentally got hit with one of the sno balls and the owner gave me a free coupon; that will make anyone come back just for the customer service. Just a personal opinion, everything on the menu is extremely sweet. To the point it's sickening after a few bites, sips, etc. I've tried numerous flavors and they all turn out extremely sweet.
