I get sent to Tyler occasionally for work and I would drive by Bryan's Cheesecake all the time and stare at it longingly each time (it helps that the sign is pretty captivating in its elegant simplicity). I'm glad one of my coworkers decided he wanted to check it out today with me. As soon as it was lunch time, we piled into the car and made the 2 minute drive to Bryan's. The interior decor is super cute and flows well with the signage on the outside. We walked in and the moment we saw all the beautifully decorated Cheesecakes in the fridge display, you could almost hear the angels sing! They even have Keto options! And they all looked like masterpieces which deserve to be on someone's dessert magazine cover. We could not decide on just one; of course not! So we each got 5 slices of Cheesecake! I had the Banana Pudding slice at lunch... I love Banana pudding and their interpretation into a Cheesecake is spot on! It is sweet, but not overly so and the texture is thick and smooth... first bite had my eyes rolling back in my head in pure bliss. It will take me a while to get through the other 3 flavors (got two of the Salted Caramel Apple, so just 4 flavors), but something tells me they're all going to taste as good as they look, if not better! read more
