Super friendly cookie joint that has deliciously indulgent flavors. Surprisingly they are well balanced and not too overly sweet either! In our last visit we ordered a 4 pack with teddy graham, Oreo, chocolate mallow, and peanut butter jam. Unfortunately, they messed up our order and we didn't realize it when the girl flashed the cookies and quickly closed the box. They ended up giving us watermelon instead of our peanut butter jammy, which we were really looking forward to. The watermelon took a couple bites to get used to, but is reminiscent of watermelon bubblegum. The chocolate mallow was fluffy, chocolate goodness with wonderfully crispy edges. The teddy graham was amazingly delicious with a caramel (or honey?) drizzle on top with two teddy grahams that my wife gobbled down. Lastly the Oreo is a must fir Oreo lovers! Topped with a fluffy light Oreo-style Creme and just exudes everything wonderful about Oreos without being overly sweet. This is definitely a guilty pleasure when you need a pick me up, or would make a wonderful small gift, since their packaging is pretty great too. Definitely instagrammable! You lost two customers! My daughter received her allowance and asked to go to Crumbl Cookie. So, I drive her to your business and as we walk in, there is a sign on the door "This business does not accept cash as it is a contactless business". So, I told her she can't have any cookies because she does not have a debit or credit card. So, we leave. 1. My daughter is 14 years old, with cash that she earned from doing chores. She cannot buy a cookie because your business does not accept it. 2. Your business is not contactless. Your employees hand the box to the customers or set it down in front of them at the counter. That's not contactless. 3. Let me understand this: I must place my own order on the kiosk, only pay with a card because I don't have a choice of how I want to pay. 4. Are you going to charge me a fee for me to use my card? Because I don't think that you should. If I had a choice of how I would like to pay and I chose to use a debit or credit card, then I would gladly pay a "convenience fee". If I do not have a choice, then don't charge me one. 5. I do know that I am not the only person who feels this way about not just your business but the other businesses that are implementing the practice of not cash. It is ridiculous. 6. And yes, my daughter did get some cookies. She just got them from another business that takes cash and has great cookies! read more

We arrived around 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon it was a little busy but it is easy to see what you are ordering. There are limited flavors to choose from and there is a display so you can see what it looks like. The cookies are huge but at the same time they are expensive so I guess it pays off. We ordered 4 for $12.00, there are certain flavors that come warmed up. Overall they were ok, a little dry and crumbly, the flavors were very good but nothing amazing. I did enjoy the cornbread the most probably because it wasn't too sweet. read more

I absolutely LOVE sweets, especially cookies. I first came across crumbl cookies at work a few years ago, and then again in the past year. If there's a crumbl cookies around, I make it a point to stop by. My personal faves are chocolate chip, smores, German chocolate and Birthday cake. The cookies are huge and so savory. The staff is kind and once you order, they're boxed within 5 minutes. They have different cookie flavors all the time. I went to the free cookie day. The line wasn't bad as I was expecting it to be. It's hard not to review what I saw in the store as far as patrons and their lack of masks and their behavior, but I'm not going to go there. I got the free cookie, which was chocolate chip, and also ordered another chocolate chip cookie. I waited outside, as did others, as the space inside was cramped. It took a minute for my order as expected. I got home and tried the free one and it was as thick as sister 2 sister, but maybe a little larger in size. I think they use milk chocolate chips which I am not a fan of, I prefer semi-sweet. I broke off a small piece of the other chocolate chip cookie at later time, it was larger and seemed to have more dough than chips and seemed more bready, so the flavor wasn't there. At almost $3.50 a cookie I don't think I will be returning, plus I'm loyal to local Sister 2 Sister and they are cheaper. read more

I've had several different cookies from this place, and they always surprise me in the best ways (especially for cookies like the Sour Patch Kid or Captain Crunch) The best way to enjoy these is to order multiple with friends, cut them into pieces and enjoy different flavors to find your favorite. I'm a big fan of ordering on an app and doing curbside pick up, this place has that down. Ordering process was seamless and the cookies came out quickly, it was a friendly exchange both times I've ordered. The chocolate chip and sugar cookies are available each week, with a rotation of four other flavors. We have not been disappointed in any of the cookies and in the two orders we have tried six different flavors. The cookies are a little expensive, but they are HUGE. We have gotten the 4 pack and split each cookie into quarters, they are just as delicious the next day. Love the longer hours, but don't crave cookies on a Sunday because they are closed. read more

Really wanted to like this place more, but unfortunately these cookies were a letdown. The cookies themselves were quite tasteless, lacking sugar. But that is where the frosting did not fall short. I can already feel my dentist scolding me. The frosting on the cookies were overly sweet, and an attempt to cut this sweetness with sea salt in a caramel cookie and nutella cookie was a failed attempt. The clump of salt centered underneath the frosting left me grabbing for water. Other than the size of these cookies, I dont have too many other positive things to say about them. The only downside is the "little girl" that took our order seemed to not be having a good day. Excellent cookies. Only problem is management. They run around like a bunch of chickens with there heads cut off. Every time. If there was somebody running the place instead of a bunch of high school kids trying to figure out how to run a business maybe things would improve. If they figured out how to work efficiently they could get customers in and out quicker. read more

Absolutely horrid curbside side service for just being alright cookies. Yeah the rotating menu is a great marketing ploy but if there employees are to inept to serve customers then it looses all its attraction. Will not be going back.
