It had Fritos on top, chili, cheese, the burger and mustard. (I held the onions.) It was one of the best if not the best chili burgers I've ever had. The fries were very good, but the onion rings were fantastic. I'd definitely get a side of them with every meal here. Service was good and fast, and the venue was clean. Overall, I had a great experience and if I ever happen to be back in Lindale, I'll have to stop back in and try the rest of the menu.

The ambience of the place is really nice and with live music on Saturdays I'm sure the place is hopping. However, I honestly feel that the food is overrated. There are other highly rated BBQ places in Lindale that I preferred to eat at but they are only opened on Saturdays or days we weren't in town for. I imagine they are preferred more by locals simply because of the quality of food cooked on fewer days opened.

I had the Texas Cubano sandwich and it's outstanding. It was a blend of brisket and Cuban sandwich with bacon. It came with very good fried okra. Wife had the Junior TMX burger and it was HUGE ! She was even asked by the staff how she wanted it cooked - they followed it and it was cooked to perfection. It too, came with fried okra. We both had endless sweet tea. Adult beverages and a very nice bar are available for those who partake. Karaoke weekdays and local live Texas Music artists on the weekends for $5 cover charge. The restaurant is part of Pistol Annie's shop - Miranda Lambert's winery and shop. The shop closed at 6pm though so stop here and have lunch or dinner at the adjoining restaurant. Everything was great, fajitas were piping hot, juicy and plentiful and the triple dipper which is my go to when I visit Chili's was good per usual and I'm not sure what was done differently with the avocado ranch but it was extra delicious this time around.
