Sad to say but I grew up loving this place and went to this location to get myself and my family their favorite orders and the rudest possible female teenager was there to greet us and take our order. Had an awful experience but thought everyone has their days and went back the very next day to get myself a drink and a different female teenager was even more rude. I truly don't know how that's possible. If you're only hiring rude sassy teens or if it's a miserable place to work so they're rude to everyone not sure. I do a lot of business with Bahama Buck's and other locations as well for my company I get a ton of drinks and etc for my team members but due to all of the employees sad to say I will be finding a different chain to continue business with. read more

We arrived about 5:35 pm on a Wednesday, only 2 employees working. Every table was sticky and the floors were sticky in places. There was black hair on the table we sat at. Pretty gross for a Bahama Bucks. Won't be going back to this location read more

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars. I do enjoy the food - it is just too darn expensive. We've only gone here when we have a BOGO coupon. It's usually pretty busy when we go, so there definitely are a lot of fans. The employees are consistently nice and attentive. I've not had any quality issues. I get mine 'bahama rama mama' style a love that ice cream in the sno. It's a fun way to end a date night - just wish it was a little less expensive. read more

New management means new prices? We just paid over $11 two of the baby sizes. $.79 for cream each and $.99 for gummy bears in a drink that is gummy bears flavored? Extremely disappointed. read more

I've been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes now with only one car in front of me. The service here is terrible

WORST PLACE EVER!! Such terrible service and SO SLOW! NEVER come to this Bahama bucks! Drive somewhere else honestly! The wait here is so long and just save yourself! They don't understand orders and just soo slow! I called the manager and he never called back so great customer service! Being a mom of 4 DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE if you want quick service read more

I was skeptical about the raves accolades when the locals were talking about this place. I thought "it's just shaved ice, what's the big deal?" Oh but it is such a big deal! The shaved ice was granular like most shaved ice treats and the addition of ice cream in the bottom gave me a frosty tropical experience that I had never had before. Banana and pineapple flavor never tasted so good together. Now I just need to know what it will take to either have one makes its way to the Midwest, or I've gotta start making plans to get back to Phoenix. So good! read more

Came in tonight, had a wonderful experience! Kendyl helped me, she was so cute and positive and helpful :-) I got a hurricane colada with cream (my FAV) and she got me a new punch card and everything. Overall great experience, love this location and it's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Let me tell you about this location, first of all me and my boyfriend go here easily once or twice a week and are always met with great customer service. We had a free product because we filled out our punch card and I had asked the drive through girl to put as much sour patch sauce as she could on my shaved ice and wow she really loaded that up, honestly I wish I caught her name so I could've called and told her manager how awesome she was. The shaved ice is so soft and not only do they have sour flavors but they have SUPER sour flavors, which is a dream for anyone who loves that kick. I will recommend this business, specifically this location, for as long as I possibly can. read more

Bahama Buck's - Super sour watermelon with A LOT of sour patch sauce. - Shaved Ice Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

We go to this location because it is close to our house, but is nothing like the Chandler location and they always seem to get something wrong. Tonight my wife came home with two different shaved ice orders. She asked for ice cream in both and they put about 90% ice cream and nearly no shaved ice. In the past, they have gotten orders wrong many times. Take the time to drive to another location. read more

Went through the drive through on a grey, rainy afternoon. Nobody was inside and only one person was in front of me. It took 20 minutes to get my 3 shaved ices. I thought maybe the car in front of me ordered the entire store, so I watched and they only got two cups handed to them... Not sure how 5 drinks took 20 minutes, but it did. In that 20 minutes, they couldn't even figure out how to actually get flavoring into our shaved ice, so I'm not entirely sure what they were doing in there. Super disappointed. I love Bahama Buck's, but I won't be going to this location again. read more

Update: The wait time has improved and I am more impressed with the overall experience now. I hope to see this type of service continue.

Great place to grab shaved ice, but what a disappointment to find out they randomly closed early on November 28th. Wasted my time heading out there. read more

It's an additional charge but worth it!!! read more

I'm so happy they opened up a location by our house. I'm addicted to the root beer float shaved ice with ice cream on the bottom. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It's very busy but they have a drive through so you can listen to music or talk on your phone while you wait. read more

We stopped by tonight on the way home in the drive through. We are from California and visiting for a convention. We had them for the first time the night before and had to come back again to get these delicious treats. Jeff, the owner helped us and was great! He helped us with what shaved ice to get. read more

This is the best location EVER for amazing customer service, friendly staff, AWESOME management and of course delicious frozen treats!!! This is a shout out to the manager of this location, Gewann, who helped me out with an issue that arose outside the establishment. A great spot to have some cool shaved ice on a hot Arizona afternoon. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the tables are often very sticky and I find myself wiping down the tables myself with napkins. A little better upkeep of the tables and I'll gladly give another star! read more

Although I love Bahama Bucks, I was disappointed in my last experience there. I went through the drive through on a Saturday night and it was extremely slow. It took about 5 minutes to get to the order taker and then another 5 to actually place my order. When I finally received my root beer float snocone with cream, I barely could taste any flavoring. I looked at it and some ice was white which was obvious since the ice should be brown. I understand if they were busy but it is disappointing to pay for ice in a cup. read more

short and sweet..... When you here your 13 yr old girl say "can we go to Bahama Bucks" "is that on the way to Bahama Bucks" " can we stop at Bahama Bucks" " after costco can we go to Bahama Bucks" "after the game can we go to Bahama Bucks" " after we wash the car can we go to Bahama Bucks" " if I pick up dog poop can we go to Bahama Bucks" I think two things..... I need to open a Bahama Bucks franchise AND I need to get her into a Bahama Bucks 12 step program.... because SHE IS POWERLESS to the Bahama Mama Rama !!!!! I must say that I enjoy partaking as well but DAMN GINA !!! read more

I went through the drive thru here and waited almost 15 mins and realized when I got home I got the wrong snowcone. I went back to the store to get it exchanged and the manager I spoke with (Dylan) was beyond accommodating and apologized for our inconvenience (they were out of what we wanted) and happily gave us our choice of replacement. Their customer service was outstanding and we will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Dylan! read more

I am obsessed with Bahama Bucks. I love adding cream to my cup & I love the different flavor combos

We went to this location this evening and the young girls working tonight decided to close at least 10 minutes early. They refused us service at the drive thru even though they were helping someone at the window. We had to back out of the drive thru as well. I went to the front and knocked. I was completely ignored even though they were still open. I realized that the door was open so I asked the 4 girls who their manager was. One told me the name Hiram, and then another said "ohhhhh, were you just in the drive-thru?" When I said yes she said we could go back and they would help me, staying that their headsets were broken. I don't believe this to be true because there was no sign at all, telling customers this. The girls were merely changing their tune once they found out that I wanted to speak to their manager. I told the girls that it was ok, and that I would just call the manager and the one who told us to return to the drive thru said "yeahhhh, go ahead!!!", as I was closing the door. Not sure what the attitude was about but I was not at all rude to them. So I opened the door back up, and asked the rude one what her name was and she hesitated and then said "Karen!!" Yeah ok. Needless to say the service is terrible and we just wanted a few iced for our kids, not to mention we were there before closing. We will be avoiding this location and heading to Rita's where we have always had great service. read more

What a wonderful place. I'm so addicted to a dessert that makes me feel like a child again. Was so happy this location opened and the staff is wonderful. It's definitely a 5 star in my book. Thanks for opening. read more

We usually love BB but today unfortunately I am very unhappy with our visit. While eating my shaved ice I found a short black curly hair buried close to the bottom. I couldn't help but to let my mind wander about where that hair came from.. I am not usually one to complain or even share reviews - but I was so disgusted I had to throw it away. What a waste of money, not to mention loss of appetite. Most likely will not be returning to this location. read more

WOW!!! This place is amazing!! The perfect atmosphere for a cool refreshing treat! Location is great with a convenient drive-thru and ample space for parking. Whenever we stop in the service has always been prompt and friendly. The staff is so nice and helpful; making recommendations, offering samples and explaining available options to customize your treat! The shaved ice 'sno' is like none other that I have tried. It melts in your mouth! The flavor options are endless. After one bite you'll be hooked and wished you would've ordered the avalanche size! The same holds true for the smoothies, all that I've tried are to die for! If you're looking for a fun, family oriented, lively atmosphere with a good variety of tasty treats...look no further!! I've been to Bahama Bucks about 4 or 5 times now and i absolutely love it! I've taken my kids there and they love their shaved ice! Every time i have been there a very nice young lady was working.. I took my grandson for a treat and we both ate our shaved ice treats so fast that we got multiple cases of brain freeze. Mine was simple: pina colada flavoring. First experience at this establishment, excellent product with even better service. The blasts were amazing and a young lady named Madison waited on us with the utmost professionalism, she helped our children decide on the many choices they offered. Great to see the younger generation putting forth quality effort but more important respect towards adults and patience with young children. Great product even greater service. read more

Love being here! Has the BEST service and shaved ice. My favorite is pink lemonade and sour red raspberry (:

I've never had a problem with Bahama Bucks until I went today. I ordered at the drive thru and the girl taking my order didn't repeat my order back to me or tell me my total. When I got to the window, I was told the total and asked if I could pay $10 in cash, and the rest with a gift card, because the gift card wasn't mine, and she said it would be okay, and when she gave me my change, she gave me cash and had used the entire gift card. I told her that i had an item missing from my order and that I would just pay for it since she must've missed it when I ordered at the drive thru. When I received my order, the sizes were wrong, and I was so frustrated and there were a line of cars behind me, and so I left. As I was leaving, I realized that she didn't even give me a receipt, so I don't even know where the order was messed up or what I was charged for. I work in food service, so this was just a really frustrating experience. read more

5 stars does no service for Bahama Bucks, but more so Ellie! (Hope I spelled it right). With sister, momma and wife pregnant with our twins we needed some Bahama Bucks. Ellie was so personable, so helpful and just made our day! We cannot wait to come back! Ellie sets the bar for what customer service should be and should be the example of how a model employee treats your guests. Thanks Ellie again for providing us a great dessert and service with many smiles. We will be back :) read more
