The bagels are phenomenal, but don't sleep on their lunch menu--the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is unbelievable. It comes with a side salad, and their cucumber salad is always fresh and delicious. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and fast. I used to stop in years ago as a rep for Montauk Iced Tea, and while they don't carry that brand anymore, my love for this place hasn't changed a bit. If you're in the area, Bagel Chalet is absolutely worth checking out!

We went after lunch crowd was over. It was about a few people sitting down in the dining area eating. Deli was very organized and clean. Customer service was OK. As we approached the counter of ordering I viewed the pastries which looked scrumptious. I decided to order the Apple Danish . My BFF ordered the chocolate muffin. Then we veiwed the sandwiches. I wasn't 100 percent sold on the sandwiches so I asked for my sandwich to be made fresh. However it wasnt . It was reheated. There is a big difference in taste from reheated to making it fresh. I just dealt with it. You would think after paying 46 dollars I would be satisfied, but to be honest with you I wasnt. After eating half of the sandwich I threw the other half away. Im thinking to myself ok maybe the Apple Danish would make up for it. No.. The Danish was very dry inside. Didn't really have any kind of kick to it. To be honest I was totally disappointed. I placed an order shortly ago and before I even finished ordering all of my bagels, the lady hung up after only taking one bagel order. I ordered a bagel with bacon on it and asked for it to be cooked well done and more than half was undercooked if not raw. This is not the first time and I know based off calling and who answers the phone if the bagel will be correct and delicious. One person in particular when they answer the phone a good portion of the time something is incorrect or she hangs up after the first order of food. This is unacceptable service
