My family and I got some decent sandwiches on a weekday. They have a ton of options (see photos of menu). My pastrami sandwich was ok, but they did not use the correct bread (requested rye but got a standard roll). If I can give zero stars I would. First of, we went in to get bubble tea and there were two sizes that were listed. We decided to get the small one to try. The guy ends up making the bubble tea in a large cup and I had asked him if this was the small since the cup looked much larger and he stated that this was large cup was the only size. Fine. You would think that he would just charge us the price of a small cup or even tell us ahead of time that he only had a large cup. No he decided to charge 7 dollars each for bubble tea that tasted horrific and the boba was just as disgusting. We decided we would get their bakery items which looked good however let's just say that I'm glad I didn't have to call poison control on myself. It was a chocolate croissant that smelled like wood polish. We took a bite out of it and it felt like I got hit in the mouth with wood cleaner. The pigeons wouldn't even touch it when we tossed it to them...now what does that say????? Never again will we go back here. read more

A tiny uninviting space, where the staff was only marginally better. I came in at 10 a.m. on a Saturday... the few seats the place has or occupied with people who seemed to be deep in conversation.... however the guy and girl behind the counter both seemed almost inconvenienced that I was there. They made sure of this too, by even asking each of the other patrons who were already served if they needed anything else, and only after did they even actually acknowledge my presence. I ordered a whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese. What I got was a doughy, chewy, undercooked tasting round thing with no noticeable crust or skin comma which look like a few seeds might have spilled onto it. The wonderful male staff member I had put such a scant amount of cream cheese on it it was as if I ordered it with an easy-schmear. The entire bagel had enough cream cheese for about two bites worth - see the photo I uploaded. I ordered a coffee milk no sugar, and what I got tasted like it at Two Sugars and looked like they forgot the milk. The flavor of the coffee itself was not bad, but was frankly unremarkable. Again, the place wasn't busy enough for there to have been any mistakes. The bagel's dough tasted very flavorful, leading me to believe the place has potential, they just haven't realized it yet. They did have a selection of interesting Bagel varieties like sun-dried-tomato; spinach; chocolate; or cranberry-walnut - which I'll try when I'm ready to give them a second chance. read more

Horrible service. I wanted to try their bagels, there was no one in the front of the store to help me. When I called to the guy in the back who was on his phone, he told me he was busy. It's 3p in the afternoon and the store is supposed to be open. I asked him if I should go someplace​ else, and he said, "Yes!" Note to owner: fire this guy and hire someone who will help your money-spending customers. read more

This bagel store SUCKS, I just paid $4.00 for a shitty flagel with cream cheese. First of all, how can u charge $4.00 for a bagel? Oh and they're TERRIBLE. Are you kidding me? This place is a gem! The two men behind the counter were so nice and made my order very quickly. Although I was in no rush, they moved with urgency. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese, toasted, and a small ice coffee. I finished my bagel with in minutes. Definitely would recommend. This is my new spot to get breakfast before work. read more

I used to love this place because of their variety of tofu cream cheeses. I'm lactose intolerant and cannot consume any dairy products. I ordered plenty of bagels with tofu cream cheese and never had any issues until today. I ordered three bagels two of them with tofu cream cheese. One was with plain tofu and the other was with veggie tofu. I specifically asked for tofu cream cheese and the worker repeated it to me. I started eating the bagel and didn't think much of it but after a few more bites, I realized it tasted off and my stomach began to cramp up. I let my mother taste it and she said it was regular cream cheese. I called the bagel store and all what the worker said was "I'm sorry". Now I have to go through feeling uncomfortable and sick because of this mistake. I work at a restaurant and am required to take allergies very seriously. A mistake like this is unacceptable. read more

First time and last time coming here. Wanted to try a new bagel place out but found it to be very rude. Was waiting in line to order and someone who was working (Spanish guy) took another Spanish person before me (person came after me) Kept waiting and waiting because he had a long order. Needless to say I left before trying it. I Don't care if you're in a rush it's first come first serve but this place doesn't understand that.
