Upon receiving my untoasted bagel, I brought it back and was immediately told I did not say toasted. Another worker said they would remake the bagel and after waiting for 10 minutes, no bagel. I asked them again and he said he "forgot" about the bagel. Finally, when I got my bagel it was barely toasted. If the food is bad and the service is bad, its a 1 star :)

Once we got to the front of the line an older bald employee asked me what I wanted. I told him an everything bagel sandwich with eggs and cheese. He grabbed my bagel and went into the back. While he was gone I told another employee I also needed a medium coffee. When the older bald employee returned he was very angry that someone else got my coffee. He was also annoyed that my daughter's order was taken by a different employee. Clearly, customer service is not a first priority here. The food was fine but was overshadowed by the ordering process and unfriendly customer service.

Their tunafish salad is to die for and is always fresh and reminds me of the tunafish salad my mom used to make when I was growing up. My main complaint is that they don't do baked goods at the store. That is they don't have their own desserts like you have at bagel boss. They have packaged pastries and muffins from zamacks, wrapped in sealed cellophane pkgs. ( don't get me wrong, I love zamacks). I had looked forward to a couple of ruggelah, but no luck . Also, they have no store made ice tea. Only bottled tea and juices in the refrigerator. Parking is on the street.
