I'm not exactly sure what happened with the quality here but needless to say it's been very disappointing lately. There are very young employees working here (I'm assuming students)? which is fine & all if they weren't messing up...every single order. I understand mistake here & there we are human but to burn virtually every bagel is a bit ridiculous. When I call to rectify it the owner/manager always offers a new bagel, no refunds for inedible food. Anyways, I used to love this place but I won't be returning again.

Continuing our search for the best bagel on Long Island, we tried Hand Rolled Bagels today. The Everything bagels with cream cheese were good. The Egg and Blueberry with cream cheese were a bit to hard and not our favorite to eat. Iced Coffee was good.

Small shop, with delicious bagels and confusing service (you order, the cashier makes your bagel sandwiches, and once they return to the counter, you pay). Soft bagels that are huge.

Unbelievable. Came all the way here from Eastern Nassau only to find out that "the oven is down "and we don't have Bagels today.

Bacon, egg, and cheese. See the small yellow line, yes that's the "bacon, egg, and cheese."

Pros- Plain bagels were good. Soft, fresh out of the oven, and good size. 4/5 stars. Cons- Cashier/server was not attentive. I asked for two bagels toasted with butter and jelly, and one non toasted with CC. She proceeded to ask if I wanted it toasted since they were soft. Fair question and I said yes. I came back home to find the bagels weren't toasted (room temp w/o toasted bits). I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a whole wheat everything bagel and it was disappointing. I don't want to say "as a NYer...." But imagine 90% bagel with literally a cm of egg, cheese, and bacon. I was shocked that you can even call this a BEC. I also asked for ketchup on the BEC and of course no ketchup when I got home. Final nail is that I ordered an everything whole wheat bagel and of course that's the bagels with fruit flies on them. See attached image and video. TLDR- Plain bagels were good. Everything, including service, was not good.

If you haven't figured it out by now, this place sells bagels. They are huge and base on the foot traffic in and out of this business, there a huge turnover of products. Translation, you get fresh bagel's every time. The service is a hit or miss. I have ordered on line and had to wait past the promised time, not because it wasn't ready but because there was no one to hand over the food. The other time, we walk right in and receive prompt service. Big shout out to Ben who seems to keep the flow of orders going when he is working the front desk. The bagels are delicious but the service is inconsistent.

Horrible I ordered turkey bacon egg and cheese and I got turkey slices. I didn't look at my order b4 I left once o realized it I was already at work. He couldn't advise me they don't have turkey bacon or some they just gave me what they wanted me to have. I'm going to call the store im sure they don't care... I called spoke with nick he was very apologetic about it

this place was great! I loved their iced coffee cubes put in their iced coffee! The bagels were fresh, cream cheese homemade and yes, the line was worth the wait. An older gentleman (giving dad/uncle vibes) helped me and was so kind and patient. It was my first time there and thank goodness he recommended the coffee with my everything bagel. 4 stars!

I'm a bagel lover and I'll go to many heights to get to try a new bagel spot. My gf was at the hospital for a check up and I got to check this spot out and oh man it turned out to be amazing plus they had her favorite so I got her the blueberry bagel which not many carry or have many off. I got my ice coffee, French vanilla of course delicious. Service was outstanding regardless how packed it was. This place is a pick up and go spot only!

Burnt bagel. How disappointing to even serve this.

Only got a French Toast bagel with butter & syrup & could feel the other girls not wanting me to be there. I was once young myself & had "friends" who worked there who were the center of drama in their circles, so it wasn't quite a shocker to me. I'm sure if any of the older ladies who were probably off for Mothers Day were there, the ship would have been ran a bit more tight. Also came home to my bagel barely having any butter or syrup on it which I could put more on myself, but for almost $4 it would be nice to have it be more filled.

It's just so hard to manipulate the choices the way they have them to order exactly what I want; and I'm not looking for anything Out of the ordinary. Nonetheless, this time I was able to combine things like cream cheese on a bagel and bacon as well; so they got that fixed. And they did add the juices to the online system; kudos for that. Now that I had everything I wanted in the ordering queue, the credit card payment just wouldn't go through. I verified six different times and then press the button to pay I logged off, logged back in. I'm a pretty good troubleshooter, but at some point, anybody would give up. It's just too hard and these things are just too easy to fix. Not sure who manages the system for this store, but they may just be costing them customers.

I was super intrigued, especially since we were going to visit my dad for this Father's Day weekend and they would be offering their special menu item on Saturday. They're not too far from us so it's wasn't that bad of a detour. We pulled up, parking was scant, but we managed a spot a little ways down the block. Chris was very helpful. He took our order and was super patient since we were ordering a lot. He also suggested some items for us to get. We ordered a cpl of the signature brisket sandos, a classic BEC, a Philly Lox sando for my dad, and some bagels, lox & cc for the road. Their location is close to my parents' home as well, so everything was still warm when we got there. The brisket was everything - smoky and sweet, and you could see the beautiful rind on its traverse slices. Some of the sandos weren't as filled as others which was a letdown but mine had all the meats so I'm not gonna complain. My dad loved his lox bagel and our kiido loved her classic style BEC - I appreciate that they cut up the bacon so you can easily bite it without having to pull a long slab of bacon out with one little bite. The food was great and I will definitely be back.

It had a large menu and in addition to specially sandwiches also looked like the offered breakfast platters, waffles, and baked goods. It had a nice interior which was decorated with some hilarious bagel signs. It was also clean and had enough seating for those there at 1:30pm on a Sunday. SERVICE - 5/5 The servers behind the counter were quick and friendly. They got my lightly toasted request just right. FOOD - 3.5/5 (but I'm a bagel stickler) For the bagels I feel like I need to rate the bagel vs the entire sandwich separately. Coming from the city I'll admit to being particular about my bagels. I'm exploring spots on Long Island as we are moving to the area. For the bagel itself, it was a little on the flatter side compared to what I'm used to where the bagel has some more height to it. So was my husband's. I ordered my baseline everything bagel lightly toasted. The bagel had a nice little crunch while still being soft on the inside. My husband's looked like it had more everything seasoning than mine. I found the bagel to have a smidge more sweetness than others I've had but not in a bad way at all. For the innards I was really craving lox with scallion cream cheese and tomato (no onion for me). The cream cheese was smooth and quite good and they didn't skimp on the lox. I rate the bagel 5.5/10 but 6.5 as a full sandwich. Hubs got bacon egg and cheese and said the insides were delicious. He rated the bagel 6/10 but 7 for the full sandwich.
