I haven't been to Ace bagels in a long time and I was craving a flat sunflower seed bagel w/ olive cream cheese and I know there're very few bagel store close by that have what I want. Nothing has changed the store is the same. The employees work fast and efficient, and friendly. My bagel was good nice crunch on the outside soft inside. The bagel is a nice size it's big they only charged me $5.44. I will definitely start coming here more often. read more

Finally remembered to check them out. We live a long walk / short drive away - so sort of forget to consider them for that reason. But it was well worth the time to walk on over. As vegetarians we went for some paninis but they were not making them anymore (again not sure if that day or if it's off the menu). Still grabbed ourselves some omelette, bagel on the side and coffees. Was great food. Very nice staff he paused and apologized for not having the paninis and showed us an awesome egg/cheese/coffee deal - but we needed more food :). read more

I am a weekly customer, today I send in my 16 year old son to order bagels.... the person working the counter was very rude and when my son asked him a question he said look in the bag idiot and laughed. When my son came out he was sad that he was made fun. He is a nice kid and was not disrespectful in any way. I called the store and told them what happened and was told whatever and was hung up on. I try to support the local businesses in the neighborhood but this was unnecessary. read more

I asked for ham and cheese and lettuce tomato toasted the hispanic guy i think his name is danny said okay and never toasted the bagel and the food is overall just so bad i ended up throwing it out. I also gotta say that this guy danny is very racist and rude, i asked how much the seltzer water is he said $3 initially and then when i went to ask again he gave me a rude look and yelled at me saying its $3.25. I don't know how the owner is letting someone so rude and such a amateur cook to work alone in that store. This place will run out of business if they dont change the worker. I need to speak to the owner or the owner needs to take care of it. read more

Great selection of bagels early in the morning. All of the bagels were fresh and had good flavor and texture. Dense and chewy inside with good crust exterior. All of the flavored bagels such as the blueberry and cinnamon raisin were great, loaded with blueberries and swirled cinnamon with raisins. The pumpernickel bagels are the darkest I've ever seen with great flavor. read more

Asked for a bacon egg & cheese on a WELL toasted bagel with EXTRA bacon. NO extra bacon was added and still charged me. Bagel was not toasted at all! Asked for ketchup and no ketchup. Bagel was a lil stale. The Spanish guy doesn't speak English. Paid $13 for this crap and a Gatorade. Never going back. Strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere. read more

I got an egg salad on an everything bagel, and it was so delicious. I don't come to Little Neck at all unless I have to, but I'm so happy I did because their bagels are absolutely amazing. It was fluffy, but crispy on the outside and there was so much variety. The grill does close at a certain time ( I don't remember the exact time), so if you want something from the grill, make sure you double check the time. The owner of the shop was extremely nice and told me that their bagels are made onsite, so that was a pleasant surprise! If I lived closer, I would definitely come out here more often! read more

Bagels are delicious, nice and big. My favorite is everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, onions, tomatoes and capers. I don't have a problem paying $10.00 for it but I'm noticing that the portion of lox is getting smaller and smaller. read more

Came here early Sunday morning around 8 am and it was super busy. The store is really small and there were about 9-10 people in line to order. The 3 guys in front of me had ordered already and was my turn next. I ordered a grilled cheese, bec on a roll and a ham & cheese sandwich. I asked how long will my order take and the cashier told me about 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed and I am still waiting, the 3 guys in front of me didn't even get their orders yet nor did the people behind me got to order. There were only 2 people working, the cashier who was making the drinks and bagging the orders and the cook. I finally got my order about 20 minutes later and somehow think they either overcharged me or their deli food were overpriced for what it is bc the total was $16.10. A bec in Flushing from a gourmet deli is only $3.25 and even in Long Island, it's around $5. The food wasn't great, bread was hard and they went cheap on the meat and the service was terrible, the cashier just kept chatting with the 3 guys in front of me in Spanish and ignored the rest. Love this place ! Really amazing freshly squeezed juices of all kinds. Their freshly squeezed orange juice is amazing. They recently added a pastry section where they have chocolate crossainta, regular crossaint, apple struddle. I ordered the Apple struddle and it's amazing ! The filo dough is buttery and crispy and the filling is noms ! They have a huge selection of bagel and specialty breakfast sandwiches as well as lunch sandwiches. What I love most is that the service here is sooo fast, it's unbelievable. There are usually people lined out the door in the am's and they churn it out like they're pros at their jobs. Great little shop to get breakfast. Staff is very friendly and are fast. Place does get busy for a small joint. I always get my cranberry walnut bagel with scallion Cream cheese but today got a turkey club which was banging. Got a side of macaroni salad an jalapeño chips. They also have fruit juicer which is a nice touch for a energetic breakfast. ****** Update 12/24/17 5 Star Bagels! Try the Garlic with Scallion Cream Cheese, so good, light and fluffy with toasted crunchy crust. Jalapeño chips are a must have for me. They fresh fruits are a must but today I went traditional. I come here every Saturday and let me tell you they have a great system going for them. Consistency!!! Always quick, always tasty. The line may sometimes seem long on the way in, but that line shortens pretty quickly! They are really focused on getting your order ready quickly and they have never messed up my order. Came here mid morning just to grab a quick bagel to eat before I started my workday. There was nobody in the store at the time so I ordered my sesame bagel with butter and was out of there super quick. I like to eat my bagel in four pieces after it's cut in half, I grabbed one of the top halves and it had no butter on it. I opened the bagel up and saw there was just a cold square of butter thrown on the bottom half not spread at all and nothing on the top half. Maybe if they were insanely busy I could give a slight pass but cmon the guy was just too lazy to make the bagel right. As for the bagel I enjoyed the amount of sesame seeds on it and it had a decent crust on it but the inside was a little doughy. I came to this tiny deli I ordered sesame bagel toasted with tuna. Bagel was burned. Hec on roll with tomato and lettuce. Roll was all wet from lettuce. Horrible food. not tasty and nasty attitude from lady at register. At other times I seen the same lady which I believe is the owner, always with the same attitude nasty face. She should show another face to customer. I always see different employees. I don't think she treats employees well! read more

Good bagels, SUPER pricey. SUPER SUPER pricey. The guys that work here are great, but recently they got a whole new staff and boy are they slow. I order breakfast every Saturday morning from Ace. Raisin bagel with veggie cc. It's good- just super slow now that I'm late to work. The korean lady who I think...is the owner? Not sure. The rudest person I have ever encountered. Never get a bagel from her either - she puts on the thinnest amount of cream cheese and doesn't even put the two bagel halves together nicely. read more

This place has some of the best bagels I've had in Queens. I've had comparable in Manhattan, but Ace definitely makes some quality NYC bagels. I come here almost every morning and know some of the workers on a first name basis - really nice guys. There hardly is any wait time, and their hot sandwiches are quickly made and taste good. Very good bagels. The 2 people working there were friendly. I bought 2 dozen bagels assorted and they made one bag without seeds and the other bag with seeded bagels. I didn't ask for that but it was a nice touch to separate them that way. Street parking is limited during the week since u can't park between 7-9am on Northern blvd and there's a bus stop on little neck parkway at that intersection. I didn't buy cream cheese so can't comment on that. read more
