I work across the street and tried to place a pickup order, but she hung up on me after just a few seconds. It's not just me -- all my coworkers have had the same experience. What's worse, she's extremely rude and openly disrespectful toward Spanish customers. Several of my coworkers have noticed the same thing. She talks down to them and treats them like their business doesn't matter. It's completely unacceptable. She always looks miserable, and her attitude is driving customers away. Is the owner even paying attention? Because at this rate, the place is going to lose everyone's business. And for the record, those "positive" reviews are fake , no normal person would ever give positive reviews!

But the bagels I did get, a pumpernickel and a sunflower seed flagyl were excellent - soft, big and delicious!
