First off, service was excellent- the lady at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful in helping first-time visitors decide on what to order. 35 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. Bagles are good but you better not have plans for the day.Ridiculously slow. Its bagels, you cut it open and throw bacon and eggs on it, they gotta organize better. Keep 2 guys in the back making food, keep one guy out front. Keep one guy taking the calls out front so orders dont get confused. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. ZERO customer service skills. i called & placed my order but still waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. when greeted the girl said "what do you want". i seen my order sitting on the counter the entire time i was there getting cold. they then tried to charge me 10$ for TWO pieces of sausage. when asked why I was pushed to the side and told "i need to help these people first this is too much" i will NEVER give this place another dollar of mine. they then harassed me afterwards by calling me from the store & several other numbers bc i did not pay the 10$ for the 2 sausages. i took my food, paid for the 1 side i asked for and left. they are disgusting and need to go out of business. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! FOOOD NOT EVEN GOOD. read more

Here's why: when our orders were repeatedly wrong and the manager repeatedly denied responsibility for them being wrong instead of making it right in some way they accused US of being wrong!!! He accessorized his attitude using every excuse in the book. Not just unprofessional, but childish. Apparently I am the laughing stoke of their store because I call complaining so much...one time he answered with "you can't expect your order to be right all the time"........I'll let you think about that one, lol. They have great bagels, and their sandwiches are good. Their customer services has just been on a steady decline. The last few times I was in there the cashier was too busy chatting to take orders in a timely fashion. Today I went in to order something, and no one was around. Doors open, lights on, but no one working. I could hear them in the back laughing and talking. I called out. Still nothing. So I left. Lots of other good bagel places in town that are more than happy to serve their customers. read more

First timer! Bagel exchange has a cool "new" vibe compared to your typical bagel joint. VERY CLEAN!!!!! I got an everything bagel, super flavorful, crunchy yet soft with jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. Bagel was pretty big with a great amount of cream cheese on it! Price was a little under $4, which I thought was a little high maybe but the bagel was great. I do love a good fruit cream cheese (blueberry or strawberry) but they don't have that. Their walnut raisin looked good, I'll definitely be back!! So today I got the walnut raisin on blueberry. The blueberry bagel really had no flavor, very disappointing. My bagel had lettuce shreds down the center cut and I'm the cream cheese. It takes 3 seconds to clean your knife and prep area- seriously? The icing on the cake- I kept finding what I thought were little fuzzies in the bagel, after about three I realized they were short gray hairs... Sorry but no thanks read more

My boyfriend and I would go to this place all the time. The fact that I am actually writing a review is unbelievable, I never write reviews but I felt compelled to express my anger and dissatisfaction with the service the female worker/ cashier and manager. If possible if I can rate this is zero or nostarI would. I've never had an issue like this ever with any food/restaurant establishment. I ordered food from bagel exchange through DoorDash, which I typically do. I received a call from the lady working at bagel exchange Regarding my order, and informing me that I have made a mistake when placing my order. This would have been fine if she was talking to me in a calm, respectful and professional manner. However, she berated me, she was very belligerent, condescending and disrespectful when communicating her displeasure with the manner in which I (never had an issue before) my order. The entire time the exchange took place over the phone, I remained calm and composed in my communication delivery with her and she continued to talk over me and raise her voice. I had no issue with paying extra for whatever mistake occurred that I never had before when ordering from bagel exchange via DoorDash. Even after repeatedly reassuring this woman that I had no issue with paying additional for the add on she continued to shout over me and tell me how wrong I was because she couldn't figure out how to add the extra payment. After getting off the phone, I called back to speak to the manager and the manager sided with the belligerent cashier and did not even offer an apology for his workers negative behavior after calmly informing him of the situation. I am beyond disappointed with their service. I will never visit nor recommend bagel exchange to anyone else ever again! read more
