I finally tried BAGEL BOX, and I have to say--this place is a hidden gem. I ordered their salmon sandwich, and it was hands down the most delicious one I've had in the area. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bagel itself was just right--crispy on the outside and soft inside. If you're a fan of a good salmon sandwich, this spot is definitely worth checking out.

NY Style Bagel, Bacon Egg & Cheese with Potatoes Special, coffee

If you like good food with a side of rudeness, this is your place. Maybe my Brooklyn is too fast for her but she seemed to not understand me when I said no half and half in my coffee. Forbid if she would dare give me( the customer) other options when they were there. Then when I asked her to confirm that my coffee didn't have half and half in it, she seemed offended and avoided answering my question until I asked for the 6/7th time. Unbelievable. Yet, the food and the coffee was good but is it worth the hassle?

This is by far the best bagel place in the area! They have so many healthy options to choose from and even a juice bar! It was so good I went in there two mornings in a row when in the area for a work trip. The first day I got a juice that was so fresh and watched them juice the veggies for my drink and a special bagel sandwich that was egg, spinach, avocado and hot sauce on an everything whole wheat bagel and it was so light and nutritious. The second day I got the same juice as the first day and then a simple egg bagel with cream cheese. Quality, consistent sandwiches that are so good and as advertised. The place is incredibly clean and the staff are super nice, not to mention both gentlemen working up front were very in shape so you can see why the healthy menu items really resonate. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area and looking for a healthy, wholesome breakfast and not just some greasy, fatty food!

Poached eggs on toast, this-is how it was served

This used to be my go to bagel spots but my last two visits have been quite disappointing! The staff here are so kind, and the location is convenient and meticulous. But my last visit the cheesecake was moldy, the deviled eggs were rotten and I ordered their special poached egg on toast which was a disaster. They are good for bagels but I am not sure I would recommend other items.

Oh how I've missed Jersey bagels! I moved to California seven years ago and the bagels are NOT the same. I've always loved Jersey/NY bagels and The Bagel Box does not disappoint. Light, crispy, and chewy bagel is what you'll get every bite. Not to mention, they are very mindful with their iced coffee where they'll put coffee ice cubes in their iced coffee so when it melts, it won't dilute the coffee. I LOVE the attention to detail. Thank goodness to my dear friend for taking me to The Bagel Box!

I've been coming here for the past two years and I must say the staff is amazing. Very friendly and courteous.

i've been coming here for the past two years and I must say this is one of the best place to have breakfast and lunch. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Thank you for everything.

A nice place! They have many flavors of bagels and spreads. An added treat is that they can put multiple cream cheeses on for you! It's in a convenient location as well. However, it's pricy. I ordered a bagel with 2 cream cheeses and he charged me for 2 bagels! I tried correcting him but he said adding an extra cream cheese IS THE SAME PRICE as ordering another bagel! The menu doesn't say anything about that price increase which I didn't like (I would have been fine with a slight increase in price, but doubling it seemed way overboard). Overall the bagels taste good but wow that's an expensive upgrade that they should make customers aware of before they order.

They also do drive through but we were parked so we just stopped by inside to check out what they have. Inside is nice and clean. Was not too busy as it was during the weekday. They do have bathroom and small seating area as well for those that wants to eat inside the store. They have variety of pastries, cakes, and bread to offer as well as coffees and drinks. We ended up getting few pastries to try. We got mocha bread, bulgogi croquette, creme brulee bread, and garlic cream cheese bread. The bread was all good and good quality. My personal favorite was the bulgogi croquette i had wish that i asked to warm up the bread before eating which they do offer. Service was good and i can see that they maintain the place nice and clean. Overall it's a solid bakery that offers good asian bread and pastries. The price is on higher side but quality was good. Good stop for asian bread and pastries. I always try to stop by these kind of places when traveling because there are not too many place like this back home.

I'm amazed on the space, cleanliness, order and selections! The bread had labels, and a top cover…read moreto prevent spills and some protection, and labels on what time they were baked. Everything was orderly and still in stock~ The trays are stacked, and the paper for the tray is seen next to it, and it's self service bakery style with separate pinches, keeping all breads separate from missing~ Staff interaction was minimal ~ we weren't asked if we wanted to warm anything~ but I saw that a customer asked for it after our transaction. Some selections need to be warmed to get the toast savory bread flavor~ over positive experience and tasty bread~

My husband and I made a repeat visit this morning and found it to be even better than our last…read moretime. We ordered a classic sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll and this time, I also wanted to investigate their bagel game. I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and it took just a few bites to remind this newly transplanted Southerner that bagels in the Northeast are in a league of their own. Food comes out fast. We both watched admiringly from our tables as the short order cooks moved like tornados at the grill, furiously beating bowl after bowl of eggs to fulfill the counter endless string of orders. That's another thing. During the whole half hour we dined at a table, things never quieted. As soon as a table cleared, someone else would grab it right away. Over the years, I've found that when in doubt, it's best to follow the crowds. On most Saturday mornings, it seems this is the place where all the crowds in Ridgefield Park are congregating. This breakfast spot is as local as it gets. As a lover of small business, I can't tell you secretly happy I get to see lines at the door here while the Dunkin Donuts across the street languishes.

My Korean friend said it's very authentic though! Soufflé pancakes took ~15 mins but came out soft and fluffy The fromage (matcha + chestnut) looked stunning, with a unique honeycomb-like topping Overall, a great spot to chill, catch up, and take cute pics. I would say Service is pretty nonexistent as you order on the counter and you see yourself with no waitressing. The cashier lady was also pretty rude and not accomodating to my request (make my drinks less sweet) so they lose a store for that. Atmosphere is cute and vibes are great, definitely has modern and traditional Korean vibes. However, I would not say that this is like a traditional tea house? Having been to A LOT of tea houses in Korea, their menu and concept is definitely far from what a traditional teahouse is like. For instance, a traditional teahouse would have assorted rice, cakes and traditional, Korean desserts, however, I feel like this place used modern French pastries, and put a Korean twist on them, which I would say is not very Korean in reality. Baked goods were OK. It tasted stale. Losing a star for that as well.
