This is my wife and I's go to bagel spot near our home. The parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes since it is street parking on a busy street. Inside it is your typical bagel spot with the normal options. We love the bagels and cream cheese from here. The prices are also great, and they often have specials for bagels. The only thing that lacks sometimes is the service. The people are always friendly, but sometimes it does take a bit longer just for a bagel than it probably should. But the best part is I'm sitting here in my car eating them with my fingers because they don't give you any kind of utensils or napkins at all. It's a good thing I have napkins in my car but a fork or spoon would've been nice to be able to eat these properly. Their bagel-to-sandwich ratio has always been spot on and I always happy with my food. The interior is tiny and the wait can get pretty long, but it's the perfect place to grab bagels and sandwiches to go for breakfast or lunch. I recommend calling ahead and your food will be ready in 15 or less, waiting on the counter for you when you arrive. My husband loves their multigrain bagels and will order a taylor ham and cheese on a toasted multigrain bagel. Their home fries are also delicious. Sometimes I'll bring home a french toast bagel and slather some cream cheese on it. So good! Their sandwiches are a good size and are always filling. Their coffee leaves a little to be desired, but it is what it is. It's a small store, with about 4 bar seats by the window inside. When the weather is nicer they have a few tables outside. I usually take my order to go. Depending on the day and time you arrive, service can be very slow (especially during the mornings on a weekend). I'm usually not in a rush, so it's fine by me. They have a $10 credit card minimum, so have some cash ready if you are only ordering a sandwich. read more

I am probably one of the rare people in the US who does not like ketchup. To me it covers up the flavors of what you are eating. I absolutely hate ketchup on eggs. If you do not like ketchup on your egg sandwiches DO NOT go to this bagel store. It has happened to me too many times, I don't like to complain. But I lost count of the number of times when specifically stating NO ketchup it has ketchup. Often I just just give it to my son because he does like his egg sandwich with ketchup. My 3 star review is based strictly on the fact that the store never seems to have everything that's listed as available on the website. I've ordered through UE like 3-4 times now and each time there was something they didn't have--whether it be the tea I selected or the bagel choice and they swapped it for something else without consultation. It just would be nice if they could update the site in advance if the stock is low or give the customer the option to select 'Cancel order if not available' so that we know what we are getting in advance of it arriving and then being disappointed when it isn't what we asked for. Then I hear this other woman yelling out "194! 194!" so I figure, maybe... just maybe she has the numbers wrong. So I go up to the counter and I go "Is that the keto meal?" and she says to me "Yes! I've been calling you for over 5 minutes!" So I stay calm through her rudeness and I said "Well, they said it wasn't ready yet, and it's 184" and she goes "Same thing, i've been yelling for you and it's been sitting here." Ok... I said "Alright, I am here now, it's not that big of a deal, you have a good day...thanks." I took my food and I left. The woman who was rude is a short, stocky blonde older woman. I am more than sure she was rude to me because I look young- I look REALLY young, I could pass for a highschooler. I am in my mid thirties by the way. OR, she is just a hateful woman. I also recommend coming 5 minutes earlier than their estimated wait to avoid your sandwich getting steamed and soggy in those foil wraps. Also, they're not very accurate with their pickup times. I am not that small!) and proceeded to smile politely, greet and take the order from the lady behind/next to me. ????? I said, "excuse me, I was next in line" her response? "Oh. What do you want?" I ordered quickly and then waited aside. I waited A LONG TIME, because I was CLEARLY seeing other customers who had come in after me get their bigger orders before me. Figure that one out... I was bothered, to say the least. Not cool. I had a few other things (drinks in hand) when she was ringing me up. She disgustingly looked up at me and rang up the drinks as I was holding them.
