a hand holding a bagel sandwich

For what it is, this place is so good! I was not expecting this passing through PA. I got a bacon, egg, and hash brown on an everything bagel. Honestly, get a hash brown in your sandwich or you're missing out. This place had the best hash brown I've ever had in my sandwich. Even better than in NYC. The hash brown was perfectly crispy but not too oily. The eggs were clearly fresh and made right then. There was a ton of bacon and it wasn't all fat. My only thing I could complain about is that the everything seasoning wasn't on the top and bottom of the bagel. Other than that, it was perfect. It was decently busy when I walked in, which is a good sign. There was plenty of room to wait indoors and they had outdoor seating. Would come back here again next time I'm in the area!

Everything Bagel with pork roll, egg, and cheese.

Let me start by saying we have no real bagels in my town...and I LOVE bagels. Love love bagels!! We drive to Hellertown often on a Sunday for the Saucon Valley Farmer's market. I remember hearing about this place for awhile, but just has not made it here. Well... this past Sunday, we finally went! Just walking in the door, it smelled glorious!! We ordered 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches, and they were wonderful! Bagel, with pork roll egg and cheese. Delish! Chocolate milk too :) It was almost $19, which was a little on the higher side for what it was, IMO, but I will be back. Also, this place is a deli and carries the best brand, Boar's head products :) yummy!!

This is a side of pasta salad? I would have loved to enjoy more than two bites. This should be a free sample, not something you charge money for.

They kept a lot of the buildings older character so it'll appear as a "hole in the wall", but I found it warm and cozy. Seating choices include several tables, a long bar that faces the cooking area and a window seat for two that looks over Main Street. The staff was friendly and prompt. The menu has all of your breakfast standards, but also includes crepes. The lunch/dinner part consists of burgers, hotdogs, pierogies, tacos, chicken tenders and sandwiches. On the sweet side they have house-made baked goods, ice cream, sundaes, banana splits and milkshakes. My son and I stuck with breakfast. I had coffee and "The Shirley Special" - 2 eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice thick French toast, breakfast potatoes $9.50. My son had a Turkey Hill chocolate milk, two eggs and a bagel. The Shirley was a good portion for the price. Everything was fresh and came out quick. My only nitpick was the bagel with my sons meal. It was a plain jane supermarket type of bagel. A place like this needs to serve some fresh local bagels! The coffee was a simple and tasty black roasted blend. Breakfast for two at $20 wasn't bad. The bathroom located in the back was small, but clean. I'd definitely return when traveling through the area. Thanks guys!

The mango was definitely top tier! Churro was also a favorite. I was a little disappointed with the guava cream, a little light in flavor for my taste but still good. I like that you can customize the donut to an extent, able to choose the outer dusting for your donut. I wish I went full glutton and tried more flavors!! $2 and some change not bad for a non-basic donut. I've been to other trendy donut spots that horribly overcharge! I did not get the chance to meet Jay, but the girl at the counter was very friendly and understanding when I said I want a breakfast sandwich and I don't want to have to try and pronounce it . So this sandwich is ... really friggen good. Creamy scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, scallion, and a hash brown on a Malasada with sriracha aioli and a sweet cream drizzle. This was absolutely the creamiest breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The texture of the eggs was awesome, and the bacon being chopped up throughout was really nice because it was far easier to eat than having to chew through full slices and break them up. The sriracha adds a really pleasant dimension and flavor and the Malasada was a nice change of pace, no matter how much I love a fresh Kaiser roll. I'll definitely be back to try the sweet Malasada's and the burger they're doing for lunch now but I will say for now that Aloha Jay's absolutely - Didn't Suck!
