We went there last night for a birthday. We allowed them to know it was so we could celebrate. The birthday was never acknowledged. I don't eat sea food so I got bag of sides which is normally around $23 this time it was $34?! And I never get charged for mixing side sauces and this time it was $5?!?! And the waitress was rude and handed us the wrong checks. And my friend paid cash and she kept the left over coin change!! The food was also not good at all and we all got sick off it. I had gotten the snow crab and shrimp with the house sauce, the sauce was a little watery and bland while the seafood quality was also not that great. It was edible but if I'm being honest, I wouldn't return here from my last experience. I had ordered for pick up so I couldn't really say anything about the service but from what i saw, they had pretty good service. They have some little robot bring you your food no customer service other than taking your order and that robot cruising around playing some crap kinda music. Ordered the bag of shrimp head on and The food had no taste even throwing 10 salt packs and lemon it couldn't muster up enough flavor. Yesterday I experienced the same Scam as a couple months ago. I placed an order of crab as was shorted 1lb. Requested management which gave me the crab they had stolen from me. Yesterday my wife and I went and order 2lbs each. They bring back one bag with all the crab which was suspicious. I requested they put each order in two bags as ordered. When the waitress brings the food back it looks short. I requested a manager again and requested to have my food scaled. When scaled the food in front of me each bag weight 1.51lbs. He looks at me and said I will bring you the food you were shorted. He brings an extra pound as if that excuses the fact, they attempted to rob me again.
