The tile installation is gorgeous! I know it was a challenging task due to a herringbone layout on an arched wall with a window in the middle but Devin did the math and the result is perfection. I know I sound like a broke record for all the complaining I do about parking lots, but this location is oddly located, it's weird to get to, the main entrance is off of a side street. Spent Over $50,000 - Countless Mistakes, Unprofessional Behavior from Mike, and No Response from Management I have spent over $50,000 with Badger Supply, purchasing building supplies, lumber, brackets, pole barns, buildings, and siding. Despite being a loyal customer and placing multiple high-value orders, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior from Mike The most infuriating aspect of dealing with Badger Supply was the outright disrespect and unprofessionalism from Mike. His behavior was consistently condescending, dismissive, and downright rude. During one of my calls, I could clearly hear him in the background mocking my order, saying, "What does he want? Is he ordering his metal now?" in a tone that was both disrespectful and uncalled for. When he finally got on the phone, he was aggressive, confrontational, and even started cussing. His behavior was completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. The lack of professionalism was shocking, especially considering the amount of money I was spending. Mike's behavior was entirely unacceptable, and his attitude is a poor representation of Badger Supply. His condescending tone and aggressive demeanor made every interaction frustrating and unpleasant. Multiple Mistakes and Lack of Accountability Every time I called to place an order, I had to go through the front desk instead of being able to reach someone directly--even though I was consistently ordering $10,000+ worth of materials. This inefficient process was just the beginning of the many frustrations I encountered. During one of my orders, Mike made an $8,000 mistake and didn't bother to notify me. He just expected me to pay for his error. I had to catch the mistake myself and bring it to his attention, almost like explaining it to a child. Only then did he reluctantly correct it, without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience it caused me. On top of that, I received the wrong perma-columns for the timber I ordered, causing unnecessary delays and additional expenses for my project. Not once did anyone take responsibility for these mistakes or offer any form of compensation or discount for the repeated errors. No Response from Management After dealing with countless mistakes and unprofessional behavior, I reached out to the store manager, Tim Bales, via email, hoping to get some resolution. However, Tim never bothered to respond. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment of my email. This level of customer neglect is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a manager. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer concerns from both Mike and Tim was disappointing, to say the least. It's clear that Badger Supply does not prioritize customer service or satisfaction. Final Thoughts - Never Again I have spent over $50,000 with Badger Supply, and they have shown me that they do not value their customers. From the countless mistakes, the unprofessional behavior from Mike, and the complete lack of response from Tim Bales, this company has proven that customer service is not a priority. If you're looking for building supply, lumber, brackets, pole barns, buildings, or siding, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there that provide better service and actually value their customers. I will never do business with Badger Supply again. read more

The big box stores were very average as far as the service. They tried hard, but they just didn't have the experience and knowledge regarding composite decking. I was hesitant to go to Windsor because I had just assumed that the price would be more. I was wrong. The pricing was the same as the big box store. When I arrived at Windsor, I was actually greeted before I went into their showroom. One of the employees, Corey, was outside helping a customer. He finished up and came directly to me to help. I was very appreciative. He gave us a quote on decking, and then it was up to me to fit everything into my budget. After about a month, I was ready to pull the trigger. I went back down to the showroom, and service again was exceptional. This time, Rick helped me. I cannot say enough good about Rick. He was extremely responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very, very empathetic. He gave us lots of good advice, and we purchased our decking there. Unfortunately, the decking that was delivered turned out to be defective. However, Rick was extremely responsive and helpful as far as getting the decking replaced. They came to my house and picked up the defective decking, and then ordered more. Unfortunately, the replacement decking was bad too. Rick went right to work again and contacted the factory as far as a new run. The new decking was delivered today and it is very very good. The customer service is what really sold me at Windsor. The pricing was the same, but Windsor provided incredible service. They went to bat for me when things went south, and Rick did everything possible to make sure things were right. Thank you Rick, Corey, and Windsor. They did extremely well. And one more thing ..... Michael, the delivery person, was extremely pleasant and on the ball. He did a great job too.

After several minutes of being told they don't make what I want, I was then told they don't even carry roofing screws. They do. I decided to buy for my house and shops from somewhere else. He became rude and refused to give me anyone else. Make your own choice. My roofer friend was certainly correct. Please train your employees on the products and at a bare minimum be polite and willing to transfer a phone call and be willing to verify stock to save someone 4 hours of driving. This was obviously a case of being too lazy just to go check what you actually have. That is terrible service especially when I tell them I'm driving two hours each way and I don't want to come home empty-handed just to have to make the drive again.
