I just had a master bathroom and partial kitchen remodel completed in my home by Bader Home Construction. It is BEAUTIFUL but that's not the whole story. As I thought about which company to select to remodel my home, several thoughts came to mind. You can always look at their portfolios, read reviews, etc. which I did, but you just never know about the things you can't see. Most importantly, can I trust them in my home? Are they reliable? Will I like them and feel comfortable with them? All important questions when considering a remodel. After all, they may be working throughout your home, your private spaces. Thankfully, I can respond "yes!" to all these questions. From the beginning of the process, I felt at ease with Denise as we reviewed what I wanted to have done. She worked up a cost that was within my expectations and budget. The process began on time and was completed on time. Throughout the process, I was very comfortable with all the people they employed. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. It was a plus to have the owner, Mike involved in the job as well. This is a "hands on" company with integrity and a commitment to do an excellent job. Recently completed our master bath renovation with Bader Home Construction and we couldn't be happier. Never fun going thru a home renovation and disrupting the household for a bit, however the Bader's and their crew made it a very manageable, streamlined process. So many great things to say about the Baders. Top-notch professionalism is just the start. We did a MAJOR whole house project and they delivered every step of the way. Their tradesmen are excellent and turned our nice tract home into a design house. Not many people say they love their contractors but we really do! BHC was amazing to work with on our complete kitchen remodel and the price was very fair. Mike is honest and professional. We are so happy with the results. However, that is not the best part. I learned Mike and Denise often donate time and resources to help people in need in Mexico and even a few here locally. I was really hoping to have Bader homes do our home project, Denise came to our home and spent over 2 hours doing all of the interviews and Intake of our design and work so we were excited to get a bid. Anyhow after over 4 months of waiting for a quote we are still waiting. We have reached out to see why we haven't heard back and still no response. Very very poor customer service or lack of customer services is better. Very disappointing! read more

There is nothing that Bader Home Construction cannot do. They are especially skilled in larger renovation projects that include knocking down walls, building new spaces, etc. However, they are also a perfect choice for standard remodels. Denise is a fantastic designer and project manager. Mike is so skilled as the GC and also great to work with. BHC cleaned up the mess at the end of each day and work very hard to please. BHC remodeled much of our downstairs and now we are repeat customers, updating all of our bathrooms. read more

I was forced into a remodel because of an upstairs water leak. I was introduced to Mike and Denise Bader through another friend. I have zero experience with construction contractors so I relied heavily on my friend's recommendation. The Baders are a terrific team and they do wonderful work. Invite Denise to the initial walk thru so that she can help with design, cabinets, paint, stone and tile selections. Mike and his team are friendly, hard working, prompt and helpful. They worked magic in my house. There were changes along the way and they were able to manage them. I was very happy with the end result. I love my new home! I enjoy it more now than when I first bought it. I strongly recommend the Baders any remodel work you need. read more

First heard about this company as a result of an email received at my place of employment. I replied to them asking if they had ever done work with termite repairs or were interested. No reply. I then wrote again from my home email and again, no reply. If they don't do that, don't want to do that or are not interested for whatever reason, that would be fine. But, not responding is very unprofessional and, probably perpetuates the stereotypical reputation contractors in general have for being unreliable and unresponsive. Better to find out now than the way most likely will once their home is in the middle of some huge remodel and they start not showing up and not returning phone calls. Their loss. read more

We just engaged BHC to take our Master Bathroom from "Builder Standard 15 Years Ago" to something we wanted to live with for another 15 years. We ended up extending the remodel into the Master Bedroom as well as replacing a kitchen desk with a bar. We are so happy with the results! Denise really helped us through the planning phase by recommending sources for surfaces and suggesting ways to understand our own aesthetic. Once we decided on flooring, fixtures, cabinets and the like, the team was quick and efficient with their work schedules. Mike and Zac often made suggestions along the way that enhanced the end result. Their sub-contractors showed up when promised and did beautiful work. In fact, one of my greatest pleasures during this project was coming home from work and talking to the artisans installing the marble countertops and shower. Seeing them take pride in what they were creating for us was inspiring and we ended up with more than I even imagined. It is not often you find a contractor who is willing to work with you on a re-model and offer positive suggestions, instead of constantly telling you what your limitations are or trying to sell you on expensive options. Denise at Bader Home Construction is one of those rare finds. I am helping my daughter with a kitchen re-do because of a water leak. Although we were not able to utilize Denise and her team for the work, simply due to a timing issue, Denise still took the time to provide some pointers on how we might save some costs and address some challenges with the design, without sacrificing quality or functionality.
