After doing some Yelp research, I came across Wildbird, and I'm so glad I did. This was easily some of the best chicken I've had in a long time. Perfectly roasted, incredibly juicy, and seasoned incredibly well. The price was comparable to Pollo Loco, but the portion size was far more generous. I ordered the half chicken with charro beans and substituted my second side for chips and guacamole. The chips had a delicious seasoning. The meal also came with tortillas, and I chose pico de gallo as my second side. I had plenty of leftovers and turned them into tacos the next day using all the fixings. It was absolutely scrumptious! I'll definitely be back to check out more of the menu. If you're a chicken lover looking to break out of your usual routine, this place is well worth a visit.
