They have these prepared to pour and serve so it was super fast and $5 each. The cream really brings out the coconut but both were great and well priced for larges. I stood at the register for quite a while while one employee was grinding beans and another was stocking milk, and neither acknowledged me. The employee grinding beans saw me, then turned back to her work without saying anything. Another made direct eye contact and walked away. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. As someone with a background in hospitality, I know how much small moments of service matter. A simple acknowledgment would have made all the difference.
