This gem of a family owned brewery and eatery is easily on a really short list as one of my all time favorite places. Multiple beer and beverage options for all tastes crafted lovingly by the brewmaster and great food that pairs with the community focused dining area and ambiance. It's not uncommon to see regulars just come and hang at the bar. The waitstaff is attentive and friendly and the service is great even when they are busy. When they bring it back for a limited time, I grab the Gochujang Ribs (also known as the house ribs) with a side of rice and the All day Porter as a cap to my week. We stayed and each had a hummus starter, which includes olive tapenade, labneh, and pickled cauliflower. We shared a half Mediterranean salad. All of this was too much but very good. An okay week day meal with a very long weight. Fried pickles were OK and came with a very sweet sauce. We did enjoy the fried chicken sandwich which was heavily recommended and wish the chicken wasn't so thin and heavy on breading but liked the pickles and slaw that came with it. The Parmesean garlic potatoes were yummy. The burger looked juicy and meaty and wish we got that instead of the very super bland and not mixed goddess salad that was mostly cabbage and lacked acid and creaminess. The labneh plate was the steal of the night with plenty of yummy mint, pistachio and labneh and pita to boot. The two sours here were alright. We came on a Thursday at 545 in August and were surprised at the incredibly long wait both for a table and for food. Stopped in on our way to Glacier National Park and this will now be a must visit if I ever come back! The pork belly burger was incredibly flavorful, the slices of pork belly were seared perfectly and seasoned well. Our family of four was lucky enough to snag a table before the dinner crowd came in and the restaurant was on a wait. I can see why this is such a popular place in the area. Three of us are over 21, and we ordered beer. We really enjoyed them. We all got the Fried Chicken Sandwich, which has won awards in the area we were told by our friendly and attentive server. We stopped here on our recent trip to Glacier National Park. Glad we found it! We sat at the bar and Brady(?) the bartender was great! I'm not a beer drinker and they didn't have wines or ciders on tap. He recommended one of their brews that actually tasted quite close to a (dry) cider. It was good! Food was good too! So good we came back twice. I had this place bookmarked for my vacation in Glacier. It's situated in Columbia Falls which is great as a stop after hiking in Glacier National Park. This brewpub was by far the neatest and most hip places I have been to. It's really centralized more around the beer and less on the food. They don't offer much beverages other than beer! But just because the menu is small, it makes up in flavor!!! Unique dishes and one of the best burgers I have ever had. The "fries" were outstanding! Service was great as well! They have outdoor tables to sit at while you wait For your inside table. There is no service outside, just waiting:). You may go inside to the bar to get drinks and take them outside while you wait for an indoor dining table. I liked the Pilgrim Blonde Ale for $4. The salads were delicious for $17 each. I'm still dreaming about the fried chicken sandwich.....oh yeah, they have beer too! But really, we came for the chicken sandwich. My friend raved about it and I wanted to get the experience. Naturally there was a wait during the weekend but they have some picnic tables to take your beer out to while you wait for your table. I got the Dr. Randolph's All Day Porter and it went down smooth....too smooth....so I got another to make sure it was delicious and it was! As for the sandwich and parmesan fries? DAMN GINA. One of the best I've had, complete with Cole slaw, tangy bbq sauce, this is not a classy-barely-use-your-napkin sandwich. I'm confident I looked like porky pig eating it and I have no regrets. Looking for healthy, delicious food while staying in nearby West Glacier, we followed our Yelp friends' suggestions and headed to Colombia Falls for dinner. Apparently we weren't the only ones in the know, because at 5pm on a rainy night in September, there was a 30 minute wait. They gave us a buzzer and we waited outside (...Covid). You may have read about their Sunshine veggie burger. Yes, it is that good! The homemade burger is a crispy flavor explosion in your mouth. It was unique and yet familiar, healthy and yet decadent. The only change I made was to sub goat cheese for the pepper jack. We enjoyed it so much my friend went back the next night and ordered it again. We also tried the fried pickles (good if you like pickles), the sweet potato fries (very nice), and one of the bowls, which was fresh, flavorful, and tasty, with crisp tofu. But, it will be the veggie burger that I dream of and look forward to tasting the next time I'm in Montana. read more
