We've been in both restaurants here. The night owl is a great place for breakfast and lunch. The food is yummy, service is always fast and friendly and the place is clean. The back room we went on Father's Day with a reservation and glad we did it was packed. The bbq is to die for along with their fry bread!! You can't miss checking out this place.

    Club sandwich and soup

We were a party of four and agreed that our server was very nice. No complaints there. The problem for me was that the meal was "way overly salty." I had the Nite Owl Club Sandwich and beef/vegetable soup. Salt, salt, salt in both the sandwich and the soup. It seemed like the "chef" found the food was perfectly salted according to his/her taste. A basket of saltine crackers was provided and I thought that was kind of funny. What does a diner do when the food is too salty for their taste? A diner can send it back and hope that the pot of soup and sandwich ingredients from which the meal came are not already highly salted. If a diner doesn't have the time to order a new meal or doesn't want to appear picky or a food snob to others then what? Eat it anyway? I would like to remind management that a diner can always add salt to a meal but cannot remove it. Not everyone likes highly salted food. I am one who does not and therefore found the meal to be unacceptable.

Ate here twice on our trip. Once we came in right before they closed and they didn't mind at all. They served us and treated us great. They were out of many food items but tried their best to make it right. Food was very good and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Deducted one star due to the amount of flies hanging out in the dining area.

Just a little greasy spoon kind of restaurant that does it really well. Great value & excellent service!

Fun place to take your family. The fry bread is not authentic but hey, it's on the menu and comes with honey butter!

It was popular, so the line to order was long but went through fairly quick. Food and drinks are different lines. When you get your order in, find a table and the beeper will page you when it's ready. We got burgers, one with fries and with the watermelon. Burgers were delicious. Cooked smashed style, they had nice crispy edges. Watermelon was fresh and juicy. Fries were crispy. Great dinner. While the food is good, the music was even better. It was a solo guitarist who sang classic country. He was great. Many were sending up tips with a request and he did a great job of being able to handle most requests. The outdoor setting was awesome and the stage allowed everyone to see the entertainment. On street parking was easy. Great stop.

Strawberry and Walnut salad - refreshing and tasty. Burnt ends - meh I've had much better. If you're really jonesin for some I guess they're OK. Curry chicken salad pita - it was okay but lacked depth. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Sweet potato fries were definitely worth the upgrade however! Regular fries had an odd aftertaste. Just get the sweet potato upgrade. Caesar and burger I heard were good. The best thing this place has going for it imo is their homemade ranch dressing! Wow very good. Fresh and tasty, everything ranch should be. Tbh very disappointed with this place. It was overly packed with people, had poor signage that YOU HAVE TO ORDER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT - THEY WILL NOT COME TO YOUR SEAT! Our "waiter" gave us water and cleaned the table but never told us this so we waited 20 min and would have waited another hour if we didn't figure it out. AND you have to order drinks at a separate place outside. My biggest gripe food wise is that the Mac and Cheese looked REALLY good but they don't offer it other than as an entrée. Poor move imo as a restaurant move! Servers were very rude as well. It is cool they have outside live music I must say and the ambiance is cool. Conversely, I do have to say my wife thought this was her favorite food so far in MT for what that's worth. In the future, I'd rather head across the street to North Fork Pizza than risk going back here. The pizza smelled diviiiiine from outside!

We were seated within five minutes in a room with a view of the street. It was raining outside, and it felt nice and cozy inside the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and checked in on how we were doing regularly. We ordered the Tot-chos (half order to share among six people) and I also got a huckleberry soda for myself as well as the bison (classic) burger with sweet potato fries. For dessert, we shared two scoops of huckleberry ice cream (from Sweet Peaks), the bread pudding and the beignets. I loved the Tot-chos, and the half order was honestly a pretty big size already! The huckleberry soda was pretty sweet (I think it had 41 grams of sugar), but I don't regret trying it. The bison burger wasn't bad, it definitely tasted similar to beef, but it was a huge burger so I couldn't finish it. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. In terms of the dessert, I had gone to Sweet Peaks already and liked their huckleberry flavor a lot, so I was excited to see them on the menu. People at my table loved the bread pudding. I thought the beignets were not bad, but they weren't as good as the other desserts.
