Rustic and casual, with free popcorn to much on, while you sip your beer! BTW, it is beer and wine only (no hard liquor)! Great deconstructed sandwiches! My wife had the Forty Woody Platter; a hamburger without the bun - made like a salad - great meat flavor. I loved the Railsplitter Plate; open-faced ham sandwich topped with cheesy fries (great flavor but could've used a bit more ham). Soft drinks, beer, wine, or wine-coolers. Reasonable prices and plenty of parking on-site. If they had liquor, it would be epic - but it is still good!

If you miss the old school down home flavorful burgers. This place might look a bit old on the outside. Do not let that fool you! These burgers are to die for! If you are craving a great burger. You must try this place!! So well worth it! Oh and if you have a awesome boyfriend like mine. He will take you here! Oh and service.. Too fast and great too! Just remember.. Food takes time but well worth the wait.

Decent local eating Burger is very good, when needing protein this is an excellent pick The fries are really good, so crunchy love them, environment is a bit dainty but very homey like a local bar that had good food looks like they also have live music and may have more to offer but definitely good place for lunch or dinner Bring your appetite

Took my elderly parents here for their first time, along with my usual gang, we've been coming for years. Nice to know, it's the same great burgers as always. You know the burger will be good when you're asked " how do you want it cooked?" We enjoyed mushrooms and okra for appetizers and Barnbuster Burgers, with an assortment of Fries, Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries. Service was wonderful too.

First off the service here is top notch. I had coffee in my cup within two minutes of sitting down,…read moreand my cup was never empty until I was ready to leave. The server was extremely friendly throughout the entire meal. There is quite a selection to choose from but it isn't overwhelming. I settled on the Hay Stack because I wanted biscuits and gravy and eggs. I would have preferred something besides sausage, but I didn't ask about a substitution. (Suggestion: Think about making this customizable on the menu with meat and potato options. I would love to have done this with ham and home fries instead of sausage and hash browns.) I also ordered a side of grits. While not an issue for me since I can season my food myself, I did end up adding salt to both dishes and pepper to the grits. The inside of the building is very cozy and the place was full of locals when I arrived. It stayed busy through my time there. There were specials on the menu board as well. Overall, this was a good place with good food and excellent service, and I have no reservations about recommending this business if you are looking for a breakfast nook in Mountain Home.

It came with a huge slab of ham, 2 perfectly cooked eggs, crispy hashbrowns, and toast. Hubby had sausage n eggs w 2 biscuits n gravy. We shared a pancake. No complaints about anything. Hubby said biscuit n gravy were A+! Server was friendly and efficient. She followed up a couple of times, to make sure everything was ok. The restaurant was quiet, even though there were about 15 patrons present. It was very clean---including the restroom. Great experience. We'll be back!

All the flavors we tried were delicious including the chocolate with habanero, bourbon butter pecan (SO good), candy bar bomb, and key lime pie. Really good quality ice cream, loved their sign saying what unhealthy things they don't include in their ice cream, like artificial food colorings. Texture of the ice cream was perfect and flavors were high quality, and the price was cheaper than I expected. Check this place out!

Pretty straight forward in letting us know free samples were offered and showed waffle cones. Scoops were generous. [Ice Cream] wow! Definitely can taste they use a homemade premium cream base, not a singular taste of any ice. Almost custard like because it was so rich. I tried banana pudding (very banana but the fresh natural kind) and root beer float (tasted exactly like the name!!). I got German chocolate cake (vegan & gluten free) and Chocolate Chunk Brownie. My friends got vanilla and peanut butter fudge with caramel. We all Kept going back for more. German chocolate cake was one of the maybe three vegan options. It was very decadent and honestly I have no idea how this was vegan. It was as rich and creamy as the non vegan ones. Happily not icey at all!! Unlike other vegan ice creams. There was a quite a bit of coconut shavings in each bite. Definitely an amazing vegan chocolate flavor - vegan ice cream makers need to take note! Chocolate Chunk Brownie was extremely rich. It said it had brownie chunks and chocolate chips. However, after getting 2 servings of it - there was no brownie in sight. Which disappointed me along with I wish it was a more deep chocolate taste. Vanilla was definitely rich and creamy. Waffle cone was sweeter than others. I think they added extra vanilla - absolutely one of the best waffle cones I ever had! [seating and shoppe] outdoor seating that was shady in the eving perfect for a summer evening. Interior had seating and paper towel rolls. Beautiful bright colors inside. [overall] definitely a rich creamy homemade base to the ice cream flavors. I went back for seconds!

When we came in we were told to just sit wherever and the waitress went and got our menus but then stopped by two chatty tables and just held them. We waited at least 10 minutes to even be able to look at a menu. We were saying, we wished she would just kindly tell them she'd be right back, hand us our menus and then go back and let them talk her ear off some more, instead of us just sitting there, without even being able to see what they had. When we finally did get our menus, we quickly saw that everything was super expensive. Two of us have a gluten allergy and the gluten free pizzas are $12 a piece for just cheese..... any added toppings are all $1 for each item..... if they were large enough to share, that would be fine but they're tiny. So, it would have already been $30 just for two small pizzas..... plus, having to order another meal for my husband. We were still going to just order the large nacho plate, hoping it would be big enough for us to share but the waitress took so long to get back to us, we decided to just leave. Let me say though, she was the only server there and had no help and she was nice and did not charge us for our one Dr. Pepper we ordered and water. I don't mean to say she wasn't doing the best she can because I do believe she was, it is not her fault that the management didn't schedule more staff. I've heard good things about this place. Maybe we will come back and try the nachos one day.

He told us he was serving for 3 years and acted like he was a brand new server. Started with the fact he had no idea how much a glass of wine was!!! You worked here for 3 years and you have no idea what a glass of wine cost???? He told us it was "like $6.25 a glass". I said, there are 6 wines, you mean they are all $6.25? He didnt know... i said while you go back please find out what a bottle of wine is, specifically the Robert Mondavi.... He came back and said the Mondavi was $8.75( not close to the $6.25 he said) asked what the bottle was... he had to go back and ask again, He came back and said "somewhere between $20 and $30. I said that is a big difference, can you tell me the exact price for the Mondavi wine. Finally came back and said $30. (This guy says he has been here 3 years!?!?) WTF!?!? We got our salad and wine eventually. Ate the salad and started the second glass of wine when i had to flag him down and ask if we were supposed to get some bread, oh yeah he says. During all this time he never came to ask us how we were doing or if we needed anything. Asked him about the special they advertised in a BIG sign out side but nothing on the menus told you about the shrimp trio special, he told us about it. Mom ordered the shrimp trio and i ordered the NY steak medium. Mom and i sat and drank our wine and talked. Food came and my steak was well done. (Knew it was not going to be good sending it back). Sent it back anyway, why pay $30 for something that is not right? He left me with my green beans and potato which i ended up eating because i was starving and it took 12 mins to get my steak. By the time the steak came i was no longer hungry so i got a box to take my steak home. (Had two bites and it was tough and stringy). We just paid a lot of money for stuff i didnt even get to eat in the restaurant! Soooo disappointing!! Had to once again call Julian over to ask for boxes and a bill. Not once did Julian come over by himself once we gave him our order. No the restaurant was not full or overly busy, LOTS of empty tables. No desire to ever return here. So disappointing. Looked forward to a wonderful meal with my mom and it was nothing but aggravating!
