I got outside and told my husband, he went back inside to get her name, we were planning on getting home and calling a manager. When he went and asked for her name, she did tell him but she also laughed in his face, loudly and rudely. While she is there, I only plan to go back once, to make sure there is a complaint filed with the manager. I called and made one but I want to make absolute sure they know of how she treats people.

We do ask for El Charro's spicy salsa so that we can blend it in with their standard salsa. I usually try to order their special plate with their Mexican braised beef and a Mexican cheese blend, but I can get in a soft taco platter as well. Their stewed or braised beef and pork items are excellent, you can't go wrong for tenderness and flavor. Warning: I've not ordered anything with chicken, so order that at your own risk. I appreciate good Mexican restaurants like El Charro, and I've eaten at a lot of excellent Mexican food places having lived over 3 decades in Phoenix, AZ and over 3 decades in California (Lompoc, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Oxnard).
