For a Thursday night the place was packed to the point where I'm thinking, "Do I want to be here?" This is, after all, not really my kind of place. It's hot, hard to move around, and I'm looking for the stage which is more or less straight in from the entrance whereas I end up going to the right. Being a little early, and on the list, I waited at the rope after finally making it to the right place for the doors to officially open. If you are looking for a seat in here, you need to literally be first in line since there are a total of two barstools in the room at the bar. I was there to see Ben Katzman's DeGreaser with Ben Wade as a special guest. They put on a hell of a show and with it being a tight venue they rocked the place like they owned it. I was really glad I made the detour into Brooklyn to make this happen in the end and I would not even consider myself a fan of his genre though it did bring back some memories of Quiet Riot back in the day! As for food, I can't comment as I did not have anything here. Just a beer and an awesome show.

I really wanted to like Baby's All Right, but honestly, it didn't live up to the hype. First off, it's a very white club in Williamsburg, and while the space itself is pretty big, the experience just wasn't worth it. The tickets were expensive, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working, so the whole place felt like a sweaty mess. On the plus side, parking was super easy to find, which was a nice surprise for Williamsburg. But once inside, it got so packed because they clearly oversell tickets. It's hard to enjoy yourself when you're shoulder-to-shoulder with people, and let's just say deodorant wasn't a priority for a lot of them. The music didn't save the night either--it was pretty underwhelming and not worth the price or the long commute. If you're looking for a fun night out, there are definitely better spots to check out. This one felt like a letdown.

Came here for a concert And it was amazing! I didn't order any food there but did have an old fashion that was very good. I'd love to try the food next time.

From the wallpaper to the clientele, this place swarms of ugly millennial. The ceilings look like an off brand Vista Cruiser while the bathroom walls look like dry molded tufting. Truly I've never seen such an ugly establishment... in terms of the interior design, and unfortunately, the people that populate this hell hole. If you want to spend $10 on a $3 cider and then dance with some Wisconsin trolls, this is your place. Otherwise, save your money and your time. This is my only Yelp review.

I came to Baby's with a friend for the Harriette concert. We decided to sit and have a drink and get dinner there before the show. The espresso martinis were alright. I would highly recommend the nachos. We also split the chorizo burrito and it was okay. As a music venue, it is super great. The drinks are reasonably priced and there was plenty of standing room.

2 days ago I went to babys all right for jean deaux concert, my issue isn't with the venue, the atmosphere is cool and the security is always nice, its with a particular middle aged grey haired bartender named Jeff that made me the worst Mai Tai I have ever tasted- it was like a conglomerate of bad liquor that tasted like diet vomit. I went back to the bar and asked this man for a whiskey ginger- he made it then said $12.00 and I said I already brought this mai tai from you it was $14.00 and I don't like it- he verbatim said "its not my fault your ordered something you don't like" as if he wasn't the one that just made my drink. He took the whiskey gingerale back threw it away (illogical- just wasted more liquor & my patience). I was PISSED spoke to the manager and he made it right by making me a whiskey ginger. I'm upset that I even tipped the bartender.

Visited Baby's All Right for brunch on a Sunday. Their bottomless brunch deal is pretty good, you get an entree and unlimited mimosas, bloody marys, and greyhounds for $38.99. It's a bit dim in the restaurant, unless you're seated near the big bay windows. Pretty homely, you can tell this place is more a music venue than restaurant. Service was quick and friendly. We never felt rushed to leave. For my entree, I got the biscuits and gravy. It was a cheddar and jalapeno biscuit, smothered in sausage gravy, and topped with an easy sunny side egg. It was a hearty meal, but a bit saltier than I would have liked. The atmosphere and food aren't really anything to go out of the way for, but it's not bad overall.

Main event: Freddie dredd at Freddie dredd concert

I visited this place for the first time for a freddie dredd concert and I gotta say, the staff handled it very well. Venue is all the way in the back of the restaurant and was surprisingly very very small. Kind of like a larger classroom kind of size with the capacity of 280 people. As a person who's done parties before, I feel for the bouncer, especially because on that cold night he was taking his job very well. Gave very straight rules and as long as you followed them and respected him, you were all right. The ladies at the bar was very well settled too, even with all the wildness going on, much love to them and I hope they're doing well. At the end with how hot and packed the concert was, the fire alarm went off and it was handled very well and professionally. Good job Baby's, I might go back to try some food one day.

Hands down favorite bar/venue. There's ample space for those who just want to sit and drink, stand & socialize, and even dance/party.

The food here was really amazing, sadly the service and drinks were lackluster. I would still go back but would just tip accordingly.

Ask the Community - Baby's All Right

Are there seats in the live music section?

I believe there were a few by the bar in the back, but other than that, I don't believe so

Are tickets generally available at the door, and if so, are they cheaper than buying online?

Tickets are sometimes sold at the door if the event isn't sold out online, but if they are sold at the door it is typically at an up-charge rate.

If I bought tickets for some friends and I to go to an 18+ show do we all need our ID'S or just me?

Everyone gets carded at the door, even if you're just popping in for a bite to eat

Is there a coat check here (for concerts)?

Nope

It ended up being a nice spot for a casual catch-up, though with a few mixed impressions. The space itself is cute and very much feels like a neighborhood bar. One of the things we liked most was that they have games available--we ended up playing Scrabble while waiting for our friend to arrive, which made the time go by quickly and added to the relaxed vibe. Happy hour prices are solid, and the fried pickles we shared were decent. I also had a watermelon cocktail that was refreshing and perfectly fine, if not particularly memorable. Service was a bit inconsistent. The bartender wasn't very warm or welcoming to us initially, though that changed once our friend--who is a regular--arrived. Overall, it's a comfortable spot to meet friends and hang out for a few hours, especially on a weekday like Thursday. That said, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return, but I can see why it works well as a local neighborhood hang.

Not too crowded, the wait for a pool table was about 30 minutes, enough for a quick round of shuffleboarding. The games are relatively cheap, and there's so much variety, ping pong and board games. The live jazz is really what sets this place apart from the other pool halls, starting around 7 pm with what seems like maybe the house band and I think they have guests later in the night. It's the perfect atmosphere, fun lighting, lots of grungy writing on the walls, good indie music from the 2010s before the jazz starts. Plus the spacing of the tables is good so you're not constantly bumping into other players, which is a pet peeve of mine. I'm sure it's busier later in the night but it's perfect for an early stop in the evening. Cheap drinks and good deals as well!

It's actually a legacy spot in disguise. This basement used to house Fat Cat, a longtime West Village institution that shut down right before the pandemic, and before that the room itself was a bowling alley, tucked into a 1932 Art Deco building a few steps from Stonewall. Drink selection isn't the draw here, don't come expecting a deep cocktail list. Crowd skews heavily undergrad, and the place is loud, so it's not the spot for an intimate one-on-one or a real group conversation. It's built for a different kind of hang: elbow your way to a table, keep your hands busy, let the noise do the rest. To be clear, Sip and Guzzle are two different establishments with two separate reservation systems, different set of cocktail offerings, and a completely different vibe. Guzzle is the loud, casual upstairs bar while Sip is the intimate, innovative bar downstairs. Sip is definitely the bar you want to get a reservation at, and you'll want to camp out on the reservation website the moment reservations open up for your desired date: reservation disappear in SECONDS. I've been to SG Club in Tokyo before and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. After my recent visit to Sip, I am happy to report that Sip maintains the high standards of SG Club in terms of drink offerings, as well as service. Between my wife and I, we tried out five cocktails including the (famous) tomato tree, jamon & cheese, strawberry hotpot, satsuma creamsickle, and their yakitini. Words cannot describe how creative, unique and funky each of these drinks tasted. Each cocktail had layers upon layers of flavors, and the complexity was seriously next level. I can't even imagine how many iterations the bartenders must have experimented with to create each one of these cocktails. The menu can feel overwhelming because of how many incredible sounding cocktails there are, but if at any point you're stuck deciding between a few, I would advise you to ask your server, as they'll be more than happy to provide a recommendation or two. Unfortunately, since we had just came from dinner, we were too full to try any of the bar's food offerings. That said, you can order all the food you can order at Guzzle upstairs, plus two additional exclusive offerings -- a grilled lobster and a charcoal grilled pork skewer. If there's one bar you have to check out while visiting New York, you definitely need to check out Sip.

The stand out for me was the cotton candy foie gras - that was fascinating and delicious. Savory fluffiness apparently is yummy. Luckily I sat next to two travelers so we had a nice chat about Asia. Going downstairs, I learned that there was a late night menu but I was too full. I got three drinks though. These drinks were excellent, I loved them more than the ones upstairs. The hotpot strawberry is probably one of my top 5 drinks ever. The one based on the yakitori was awesome too. I also had a nice chat with one of the bartenders so appreciate the attentiveness.
