The service was good and the guys were professional. They even came to my house on a Sunday to change my locks (their suggestion). They showed up on time and came ready to work. The only opportunity to improve was that I had to pay the entire bill up front. What a lifesaver is all I have to say! Ben saved my grandmother and I a huge expense and worry. We are not in Chandler often and my grams accidentally locked the keys in her car. She drives and 06 Altima. She has quite the drive from Chandler to Buckeye. I did a quick Yelp search and got Ben. Thank goodness. He arrived quickly and was able to calm my grams down. I had been trying for while before I even Yelped to find a locksmith. Ben was professional and courteous.
