My family and I went to b simple for breakfast on Saturday and were met with a short wait. This restaurant is on the cozier side, with about 6-8 tables and bar seating with a sign outside that says no parties or 5 or up. After our brief wait, we were greeted immediately by our server and got our first rounds of coffee. I ordered the Clint skillet which comes with butter browns (potatoes) and I had to take half home. I ordered it with gravy on top, which id get on the side next time since it came with a lot. I loved my runny eggs, always a favorite part of breakfasts for me, and the skillet overall was delicious. If you're in Prescott, with a small group I'd recommend this spot for breakfast and definitely walk downtown after!

I cannot believe I have lived in Prescott for nearly three years and I am just now reviewing this GEM, I said it Gem! If there is a wait, do it, it is well worth it. The location is small and they will separate large parties to accommodate everyone. We have eaten at B Simple three times now within the last month or so and every time it amazes us more. Let me start with the portion sizes are extremely large, my husband and I could share a meal, but I don't suggest that since there are too many amazing dishes to try! I don't normally start off raving about a side but the potato salad is world class, and so delicious! We have tried the Reuben, if you follow me you will find we love Reubens, the Ken which I highly recommend especially if you love biscuits and gravy. We have also tried both the Joe and the Clint, we enjoyed both it really just depends on the mood you are in, you cannot go wrong on either. Our daughter visiting from college tried the Tasty Omelette with the Butter Browns (their delicious take on hash browns) and let me tell you the plate could have past for clean once she was done. Long story short, this is a must for breakfast or lunch and if there is a wait you can check out a few of Prescott's shops on Whiskey Row, it's a win, win! If you are lucky and Chrissy is working that day, ask for her, she is amazing!

My husband and I had breakfast here one morning while we were visiting and it was great. Pretty small establishment with not a ton of seating but we were able to get in right away and sat at the bar top. The portions are HUGE.... And delicious!! I felt like overall the prices are pretty good as well. The person next to us ordered a burrito and it is something you'd want to share with someone!!

The best! XANTHIA WAS incredible! Not only did she acknowledge us, but she acknowledged us with the smile, very friendly, radiant, and just so fun to have a conversation with. I'm so glad I cut down the amount of eggs in my burrito because instead of the 6 egg, I ordered the three egg and it was huge. I absolutely loved it. I love the butter browns, the green chili brisket and the green chili on top of the burrito was incredible. I can't wait to eat the rest for breakfast tomorrow. The place was sparsely decorated and very clean, it was amazing. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Love this place, huge breakfast burrito to fill your tummy Service is good, place is small with country vibes, there might be a small wait. The green chili meat in the burrito is my favorite! Definitely one of the top breakfast places in prescott!

Unusual name for a restaurant but what a culinary surprise it was! While searching for a good breakfast spot before leaving Prescott, Arizona, b. simple came highly recommended. The vibe is small diner like, but the food was excellent. This place is known for its New Mexico Chile influence and has a well deserved reputation for quality. If they're busy, getting a table can be a confusing chore (stand along the wall); but the service here overall was very friendly and genuine once seated. I ordered a dish simply called "Joe". Such a delicious breakfast skillet that starts with a bed of "Butter Browns", which are some of the best hash browns you'll put in your mouth. Then comes a gustatory rock concert of tasty meats. Crumbled sausage, diced ham, diced bacon, etc. That's all smothered with a blanket of outstanding green chile, two eggs and cheeses. All that stuck very nicely with me for the 6 hour drive back home to San Diego. Will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Prescott.

The staff here at B Simple were so friendly upon entering. The Resturant is so cozy. This is the exact place I imagined having breakfast after a little walk around downtown Prescott. Jessica and Zan were awesome! They welcomed us and made us feel like locals and we now have this location on our list for whenever we visit!

French toast with biscuits and peach jam on the side

Amazing food and generous portions. It's a small place so I'm sure there's a wait when it's busy, but we arrived around 11 on a Friday morning and were seated right away. The staff was attentive and friendly. I got the full order of French toast, but they do offer a smaller portion (which I probably should've gotten since we were just passing through town and couldn't take leftovers). My husband got The Ken and ended up leaving a whole biscuit covered in gravy on his plate - and he doesn't get full easily! I love biscuits so I ordered a side to try them here - the side is two large biscuits served with homemade jam. I chose the peach, which was delicious! All in all a wonderful little space that I'm sure we will return to on our next trip through the area!

Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and very yummy crispy hashbrowns that they call butter browns

Rock star food and service. This is one of those awesome small restaurants that cares about the quality of each plate that goes out.

Hundreds of dangling roses draped from the ceiling which gave the restaurant a very romantic and homey feel. It was very exciting and inviting to be inside there! But the food is the center of attention here. From the opening well-garlic'ed bread to Mama's Meatballs to the mammoth-sized calzone (filled with ingredients) and a perfect Old Fashioned, everything was fantastic. I also had a tiramisu which was also excellent. Service was very friendly and prompt. Simply put, I'll go here every time I get to Prescott from here on out!!

On the evening of April 18th, 2026 we ordered food for delivery from Papa's Italian Restaurant…read morethrough the guest link on their website. We ordered a calzone, a small pizza, and a salad. The delivery was delayed and we received a message from the driver saying he was waiting for the food. Around 8 pm I heard our gate open, someone walk in our yard, approach our door and leave. I assumed it was our delivery, so I went out to retrieve the food. There was no food, but I heard a car idling. I went back in to talk to my boyfriend about the delivery, and he went outside to talk to the driver after he saw the video footage from our door cam of the driver walking in and then out of our gate with our food. Upon exiting our gate my boyfriend encountered a large black truck blocking our driveway. He gestured to the woman sitting in the passenger's seat that this is the correct house for delivery. She ignored him so he called me to talk with her. I approached the truck, mere feet from my gate that has our address plastered on and asked the woman if she was here for delivery. She did not speak to me and simply gestured "I don't know" with her arms raised up. I was super confused about what was going on at this point. Suddenly, as I am still standing in my walkway, in front of my gate that has my address on it, looking around confused wondering where the food is and why this truck is here if it's not for food delivery, a man started walking very rapidly towards me from down the street hollering "Mind your own business, lady" and "Step back, lady" over and over and over again, gesturing aggressively at me. I attempted to interrupt his tirade to ask, "are you here for food delivery?" Finally, he stopped hollering at me and said "Yeah, it's all done" as my boyfriend stepped out through the gate asking the same questions. I was still confused as we still did not have any food. The delivery driver finally informed us, "yeah, it's at the front door." My boyfriend then confirmed again with the driver that he did deliver our food to another door. I then said to the delivery driver, "See, it is my business." The delivery driver replied, "Right back at ya" and smirked. Very weird, strange encounter. The female passenger seemed oblivious as to what was going on, and the man appeared to be under the influence of something based on his aggressiveness. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, threatening and dismissive. This driver is an individual who should NOT be involved in customer service. After that experience I had bad taste in my mouth and was no longer hungry. My boyfriend informed me the calzone was good but only ate half. He tried my pizza and said it was bad. We threw the rest away.

Before my first visit, it had probably been ten years since I'd had meatloaf. Now this sandwich has changed the rules. It will knock your socks off. The bread is excellent, the flavors are rich and satisfying, and the whole thing tastes like comfort food done right. Great food, great beer, and my only complaint is that I wish they had a growler refill service. Good eating, nice friendly place.

Its located in what was a industrial/quieter section of Prescott, 5 min south of the courthouse. Small attached parking lot, but good chance that you will need to find neighborhood on street parking. I was there at prime hour Friday eve. Reservations are probably a good idea. It was just myself and a buddy, so we waited about an hour after we wait-listed our names at the door. Very busy for good reason. They have an outdoor bar and waiting area. Dogs are permitted on leash there, yay, but so is disgusting SMOKING. So be aware of that toxicity. Lots of cigars and cigarettes. Hard to avoid. Their servers are very cool and friendly. Dave took our order, offered advice, and also was able to light the outdoor tower heater next to our table. Brews and ciders were tasty. Chicken wings rock! Friend had a chicken sandwich that was stacked this high !!! Highly recommend this pub. Great overall feel...though they really need a designated smoking area...c'mon guys...its 2026. 2nd hand smoke kills and stinks. For this major drawback, it did not get 5 stars...
