My first visit was incredible. My second visit not so good…read more I got a butterfly cut, which Mandy cut my left side to show Kayla how to do it. Kayla cut the right side, I had to tell her it was longer than the left. Also you could tell if you looked in the mirror that my left side was choppy and the right side was not the same. I had my hair toned and colored. I wanted silver got grey with blue which is not what I wanted at all. I should have said something right then and there about not being happy with my hair but no I didn't have the power with in myself to do it. Then I got a blow out which only hid what had been done. I wanted a keratin treatment done didn't happen. I called and let them know I wasn't happy. Maybe expecting a phone call to for an apology I wasn't looking for a refund or anything like that but just an apology and I never got one so I'm leaving a review. You ladies made me feel like no other hair salon was going to make me feel as beautiful as I should have felt and in reality you made me feel just as ugly as I have felt going walking out of any other hair salon around so you did not make me feel special you did not change the way that people cut hair look at hair or even prepare the hair. You made me feel like I did not matter I felt towards the end that it was rushed and that's why you didn't do the carotene because it took so long for you guys to cut my hair dye my hair and blow it out. If you were into empowering women then I would have expected a phone call back at least to have an apology but apparently you don't do what you say you do and I'm really hurt and frustrated by that because I did nothing but rave about you guys rave about you guys how wonderful you were the first time you cut my hair and how you made me feel and it's so sad that I walked out of there feeling exactly like I did with any other hair salon which is so sad unappreciated hair looking good it did look good when she was done blowing it out but after that looking back at it and looking at my hair now I can't even wear it down because it's cut on my left side that's not even the same as my right so I can't even have my hair down but thank you for not calling me back so that I could leave this review on here appreciate it all Mandy and Kayla thank you so much
