My neighbor recommended this nail salon and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I arrived a few minutes early and in the time it took to pick my color, they were ready for me. The aesthetician listened to what I needed, gave me an efficient manicure, and provided me with a rich scented scrub to wash my wintertime hands with that contained an oil that exfoliated and moisturized. She showed him again the color in the book. He came back and started painting a deep purple color. She informed him again that it wasn't the right color. He then stood up shaking the bottle and loudly yelling at her that it was the color. She asked why he was talking her like that. The owner stepped in and my wife explained the issue and told the owner she didn't come in to be yelled at. My wife was about to leave and the owner offered to do the pedicure herself and brought the right color. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a stressful and upsetting event. I usually make my appointments every 3-4 weeks. They are very nice, friendly, & warm, they always make me feel welcome --always greet me with a smile.
