If you have never been to a head spa, I highly suggest checking this place out. Zoe was top tier!! She asked all the right questions to make sure your experience is what you want it to be. She made me comfortable with a "get to know about you" kind of chat at the start of the experience and then allowed me to just sink in and relax in silence. This isn't just for your head either!! She massaged my shoulders, neck, arms and hands as well. I left feeling incredibly relaxed almost thinking I shouldn't drive because I was so relaxed but thankfully Zoe gave me a great coffee recommendation that I went to get when I left. If you haven't tired this I HIGHLY SUGGEST IT!!

I decided to wait in the relaxation area of the dressing room. The massage therapist never showed up for my appointment. Ten minutes after my massage was supposed to start, I checked in with reception to find out what is up. The massage therapist finally found me. She then told me my massage would be less than an hour because she had called my name in the sanctuary area and I did not show up...and assumed I was with the one of the groups. I found her overall tone very off putting and it felt like I was blamed for being late for the appointment when she did not really even try to look for me or call. Thankfully the manager let me reschedule the appointment for the next day at a discounted rate and gave me a complimentary glass of prosecco. I just feel like at a hotel and spa which is so expensive, that guests should be treated respectfully. I will go back, but will make sure it is not to the therapist who was rude to me.
