My feet sat in warm water (turned cold) for 25 minutes while my husband had his done then he sat and waited for me with wet towels around his feet while mine were done. Both pedicures were done in about an hour. Completely disappointed! I tried emailing them through there website and never heard back.

My cut was very un even, I still had split ends that were very noticeable. I know the employees can't do anything about this but the prices are ridiculous. I've never seen a price difference based on if your hair is long or short and they also only take cash and if you pay card there is a fee which again I know the employees can't do anything about. It was the most expensive hair cut I've had ($70 including tip for a cut with no blow dry or style my hair was left wet and I had to pay more to get it dried) and was probably the worst one I got.
