We came up to Maine, during the spring from Boston for the hair trial session (and trial make up, with the also amazing Joanne from Joya Beauty). Christine did such a beautiful classic bun for my daughter and I picked a French twist bun - she really listened to what we wanted , what we were to be wearing, etc and our personality in picking a hairstyle. Our hair came out amazing during the trial, as did our makeup , and we ran around the Kittery Outlets shopping for hours - and our hair and makeup looked so glamorous and did not budge ! It was very important to have hairstyles that would withstand the wind because the wedding was to be on the ocean. When the wedding day came Christine and Joanne showed up promptly at 730 am and quickly and efficiently did 6 bridesmaids, me, and the mother of the groom .. they worked so well together and made it such a fun experience with all the girls in the bridal suite . Further, they have worked many weddings together and are a perfect compliment for each other ! And they have worked a lot with our photographer, the amazing Patrick McNamara, so they were done just in time for him to start doing bridal suite pics, first look, etc . What a dream team ! And I will tell you, it was incredibly windy the day of the wedding, and once again, our make up and hair did not move. It was perfect, and my daughter, the bride, had flawless hair and make up and looked like a princess! During the reception we danced for hours and still our hair and make up stayed fresh and didn't smudge or loosen.. Kudos to Christine of the Crown, and Joanne from Joya Beauty for being part of our special day and for doing such amazing work !

I don't know if it was how I was dressed, or if that's just the way they conduct their business or whatever, but it was just so painfully awkward and rude that I couldn't possibly recommend that anyone use this salon; how could you claim to be walk-in friendly when you leave one standing in your doorway for ten minutes awkwardly like they just walked into a party they're not invited to. Terribly rude, non-existent customer service. Will never go back, and all of my friends will know about this.

When I got to the pharmacy, I found out that the item was not covered by our Part D Medicare insurance, and that the discounted cost would be $211. I used my phone to find that Walgreens had the same item for $133. When I got there 35 minutes prior to the time that the pharmacy closed I asked them to transfer the script from the grocery store pharmacy. They were able to get this done in less than 10 minutes and they even found a GoodRx discount for me that I did not know about, making the final cost to me just $86. I saved over $120 thanks to their pricing and help. This level of service was unexpected and exceptional, and the price was definitely appreciated.
