I tried to get it out for about an hour, to no avail. She had long, beautiful hair and eventually just told us that she would be okay if we had to cut it. We went to Positive Directions as it was open early and I was greeted on the phone by a super positive and helpful attitude. When we arrived, the stylist immediately sat the student down and began trying to free the brush from her hair. After some trying, it was decided that she would need to cut it out. She worked very quickly, understanding that we had pulled her out of school for this hair emergency. Though she was quick, she was still paying a lot of attention to detail. She gave her an adorable cut and style, and was pleasant and encouraging of her new do the entire time. She even paid attention to the fact that she wanted curlier hair, and curled it naturally for her. Overall this was a five-star experience, and I would definitely return for a non-emergency appointment as well! Thank you!
