Or a "we'll be right with you". There's no one else in the room. For ten minutes I waited there, with the stylists pretending I wasn't standing there and refusing to look at me, until finally I left. I don't know if it was how I was dressed, or if that's just the way they conduct their business or whatever, but it was just so painfully awkward and rude that I couldn't possibly recommend that anyone use this salon; how could you claim to be walk-in friendly when you leave one standing in your doorway for ten minutes awkwardly like they just walked into a party they're not invited to. Terribly rude, non-existent customer service. Will never go back, and all of my friends will know about this.
