After calling twice with no answer, I figured I'd drop in and see if I could speak to someone directly, and the sign on the door to Tazanna Beauty Studio says "walk-ins welcome" so I figured I was in the right place. I open the door, a bell rings, the two stylists look up at me from their booths, and continue styling hair and talking without so much as a "hello", "what can I do for you?" Or a "we'll be right with you". There's no one else in the room. For ten minutes I waited there, with the stylists pretending I wasn't standing there and refusing to look at me, until finally I left. I don't know if it was how I was dressed, or if that's just the way they conduct their business or whatever, but it was just so painfully awkward and rude that I couldn't possibly recommend that anyone use this salon; how could you claim to be walk-in friendly when you leave one standing in your doorway for ten minutes awkwardly like they just walked into a party they're not invited to. Terribly rude, non-existent customer service. Will never go back, and all of my friends will know about this.
