We talked about my color and cut and Lauren was right on par with exactly what I wanted. She was very nice, welcoming and open to what I wanted. I started with unevenly colored hair, long root growth and old faded dye on the other bottom half. I was looking to be rid of the faded reddish color and start going lighter so that eventually I can have a much lighter brown. The color came out nice! It's a nice lighter brown and looks a lot more even. The haircut was just what I wanted, shorter and a little layering with texture. She gave me options of styling it and parting it differently. With less than two months for the wedding On Saturday early morning I get a text from Leanne stating that she cannot do the hair and sent the deposit back. No reason given. No alternative recommendations provided. Just completely abandoned me and my wedding. I have not been able to find anyone with such short notice and I want to help other brides and prevent them from this type of stress and abandonment and unprofessional behavior. All stylists appeared to have a strong level of professionalism and were very skilled. I made an appointment to come in for blonde highlights and a hair cut. Amber listened for EXACTLY what I wanted and executed those exact results. As a blonde, it's hard to get that beige beautiful color you want without it being mustard yellow or bronze. Amber was able to achieve exactly the results I was looking for and I walked out thrilled. She did my hair 1 week before my wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased. My hair didn't have any zebra stripes in it, the color was natural looking and well blended and it was so enjoyable getting to know her and talk to her during my appointment. Salon: It's a small space, cute interior, metered parking, and a little hard to find because it's actually in the basement on a corner so be sure to ask for landmarks (I already forgot them, but i recognize them when I'm there).
