My 90 minute spa facial and massage was so nice. Low lights, soft music and relaxing facial. Except during my entire90 minutes I could hear laughing and loud talking outside the room while another customer had her nails done. Kind of ruined the experience. read more

I decided to call this salon on a recommendation from a friend. I'm glad I did. The first thing I noticed was how great it smelled. It wasn't just hair products, though those smelled nice as well, but a great coconut beachy smell that made me happy. I was immediately greeted warmly and offered a beverage. The stylist I was scheduled to see, Tanya, was not immediately available, and I waited for about 10 minutes before she came out to greet me. I was LONG overdue for a haircut and I described in detail what I needed my 'do to do. Tanya was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we discussed options and different looks before she began. She was efficient and personable, and did a great job. It's only a few hours later and I've received many compliments. Please do not go here! I would prefer supercuts over this shit hole. I do not even know where to begin with all the stuff that went down in this salon. I was getting hair extensions and immediately when I walked in the lady insisted that I gave her $300 in cash and then went on to give me no receipt. The entire time she was being blatantly rude and insulted my haircut. She had me stand in front of the entire salon and had everyone else look at how "horrible" my hair was. At this point I was crying. Don't even get me started on how unprofessional she was with hair extensions. She literally ran out of the tapes while doing my hair extensions and left me in the salon while she sent her assistant to run to Sallys beauty to buy more tape. I couldn't believe that this was actually happening. She poorly blended the hair extensions, I am pretty sure I could put in hair extensions better than her and I am not even licensed! I have no idea who it was but it was the only woman that did hair extensions in the salon so I am sure that is enough information to pin point who did this to me. I will NEVER go back. I hope this review reaches the people that are thinking of getting hair extensions here. I've been here twice for eyelash lifts and added on the tint to one of the visits. Cute salon, seems clean. I love my lifts and it's very relaxing. My only complaint is that for the price, I was disappointed that my bottom lashes didnt get tinted which was a big part of why I wanted to try the tint. read more

I started going back to Statix after moving back from VT. The stylist I saw was great. She went above and beyond with my hair. What I do not appreciate is the fact she overcharged me and it took 3 phone calls to get results. I left 2 messages asking for a return call, finally the 3rd call i was able to speak to a person. Haircut and tip charge were done as a separate transaction. I bought 3 products which were a separate transaction. But stylist charged me for the haircut again along with the product. Which is weird because she just sat there and told me it was a seperate transaction before she ran my card. My gripe is the LACK of response, I had to go out of my way because they would not credit my card, which is how I paid. Words of advise: when you do your customers wrong it goes along way to pick up the phone, acknowledge, and make it right. I spent over $400.00 there in 3 weeks time. They apparently do not need my business. A VERY LOUD I'm sorry yelled across the salon after you chose to ignore the situation is very insincere. The BYE in which you said it when I left was rude and not professional. If the situation was handled properly they could have kept my business. PAY CASH AND GET A RECEIPT read more

Sam has cut and styled my hair 3 times and I'm very happy with my hair. I have thick wavy hair and so many stylists will chop off my bangs when they are wet, not knowing they will puff up to 3 inches above my eyebrows. Sam has never done that. She has similar hair and knows how to cut it. The ambience is nice, staff is friendly, prices are ok. read more

I went for a pedicure and it was not at all relaxing. I could hear the front desk staff all the way down the stairs and through a closed door because they were so loud. The massage portion of the pedicure couldn't have lasted more than 2 minutes and I thought for all they did it was overpriced, especially since I didn't really get the spa experience due to the noise factor. I would give it fewer stars, but they staff did go out of their way to schedule me and I appreciated that. I won't be back for a pedicure though. I have heard great things about their massages, though, so I might try that. read more

I saw Jenn (JT) for the first time yesterday after years and years of different stylists and salons, and never has anyone been able to meet my expectations like Jenn! I am a blonde and I like the bleach white/ashy/icy blonde, NOT GOLD. I have told this to every stylists I've been to, but only Jenn got it EXACTLY right! I went there today to have a soak/parafin , i wanted to know more about the soaks and asked if they utilize one parafin machine and or swap out wax . The lady that was going to assist , could not answer my question, was upset that I wasted her time because i decided to not complete my appointment. *i apologized for that*, however this lady would not try to assist me, she did not want to answer my questions, she goes if you have a gift card u can use it over there at our products and left. I am sorry but i work customer service and i would NEVER treat someone like that, i would of tried to help the customer be more comfortable and try to show the area where they complete the parafin/soaks for the hands to show it is clean and so forth. DO SOMETHING! I do have to say the receptionist was great and one other lady that was working with someone else was decent. However I will not go there again. I am sorry to say... Please work on your customer service skills. read more
