At one point I told her I had a hurt toenail and it probably needed a tool because a file wouldn't do the job (I do this everytime I get a pedicure and have never had a problem and the issue is visible) she completely ignored me. I find a lot of times I go to the salons and I don't have that experience. And they do a great job. They also have dazzle dry, which is an amazing product. It lasts about 10 days without chipping and dazzle dry doesn't have any of the chemicals that a lot of other nail polishes have that are banned in other countries. I checked my credit card and it's $66 on there so you took six dollars from me. Call back to the nail shop. The lady said what you say, you tip her 2 to 3 dollars I told you no! It was like they was trying to force me to tip her! She said she worked two hours on my nails. She did not work two hours on my nails. They open up at 9:30. This is the time I got to there. I booked for the service with the most amount of time to be considerate of what they would need to do. The violet I had in there was the only color I had, and it was professional color. I am incredibly disappointed a dissatisfied and would not trust them to do my hair again. The foil work did not go to the root, nor did they bother toning to try and make it blend. I have never had a worse experience and would not recommend Freedom Beauty Salon.
