The women working are friendly & the reason I'm here, duh, my nails look great! I got a gel mani & pedi. They did a good job at matching the colors; sometimes that can be a little sketchy. Although my nails look great, the leg massage could have been stronger & the neck/shoulder massage could have been a lot harder, too. Just a personal thing that I like more pressure. This turned out to be a smart move as I was able to book a same day appt and as I was there, two people were regretfully turned away as everyone working was already booked. So, word to the wise, make an appointment. Now, onto the pedicure, the best pedicure I've ever received. While $37 is more expensive than your average pedicure, the price is worth it for B Nails' above average pedi. You get a spa-like experience without heading to a spa. For an hour, I sat in a comfortable massage chair while my feet, calves, and toes were scrubbed, buffed, rubbed, and painted. I really appreciated all of the extra touches like a brief hot stone massage for my feet and a shoulder massage while I waited for the polish to dry. I've been going to Debbie for 6 years and am disappointed to say that I won't be going back. I had a scheduled appt, drove from castle rock (which I always do), got stuck in traffic called to say I would be a few mins late, was told by Wendy to still come to appt & then got 3 mins away and wad told my appt was no longer available -they had to take walk ins -people without appts. This whole situation was very disappointing - I've been a loyal customer for 6 years following debbie from mani pedi, dimension nails and then there. You should never treat a regular customer that way. I can say I wont return. read more

I've found this nail salon because I happened to drive by it one day. I had been in Denver for over a year and had a really hard time finding a good nail salon. Since I did that ~2 years ago this is the only place I come to for my pedicures! The women are extremely professional and efficient. They always do a great job! I really used to like B Nails mostly because it was clean. I have been going there for two years and yesterday I made an appointment late in the day for the next day. I called first thing in the morning to change my appointment for a little later and I was given a stern lecture on how it was the last time I could change it or I would be charged full price. I had no plans to change it again. I didn't appreciate the lecture from Wendy nor did I deserve it as a customer who had been showing up for my appointments for two years. I went or a pedi with Monica B. And Rachel M. on Saturday and this pedicure was amazing. Everything is shiny and new with modern finishes and ALL of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. The massage chairs are fantastic as is the hot stone leg massage and all the other wonderful little extras they throw in while you are there. I will definitely be back! I used to like this place- but I think it's time for me to find another. Not sure what is happening there, but it's really gone downhill. Frankly, for the prices they charge, you'd think they would have better customer service- they gave me attitude when I asked if I could move my manicure to a different time, and they're nearly impossible to actually book times that work for you (then you walk in and it's half empty) The nail technicians are good at their jobs, but if you look up, you can see them making fun of other customers. I don't blame them, they have a tough job, but it only makes the attitude of the owner feel worse. It's 55 for a regular mani pedi. There are better places and better values around Denver. read more

Love love loved this place. Very gracious and attentive and accommodating. My mani and pedi were perfect and event lasted twice as long as my normal place. This nail salon is the best in Denver in terms of efficiency, friendliness of staff, lack of strong odor and overall ease. It's a total home run in my opinion. I dropped into B Nails Salon on a whim last Sunday. It was about an hour before closing time, and I asked, "Do y'all have time for a mani/pedi?" I could tell they were busy. When the employees look miserable? Take it as a sign! Walk in was very unwelcome. Ask for a manicure was told either a polish change or manicure no time for them to do both, I wish I had walked out! So the manicure took less then 10 min because I opted out the message and cuticle cut , asked if in place of could have polish? I am so happy I found this adorable nail salon off Yelp. I called to book my appt a few days in advance for a Saturday. Wendy was so friendly on the phone and it was very easy to book my appt. When I arrived there was someone to greet me right away. I was about 10 mins early, and they sat me in the pedicure chair and offered me tea or water. I was able to soak my freezing cold toes in the warm water for about 5 mins and then Balun come over to start the pedi. I warned her that I was super ticklish. My pedicure was great, I actually fell asleep for a few minutes. It too about 45 mins, $37 and they even used the hot stones which felt great. They have a great selection of colors and I might even try getting my gels done there too. I am very happy with B Nails. The entire staff was super friendly, clean and I even booked my next appt. This place is truly a cut above the rest. Such attentive, kind staff, very clean interior... I was offered jasmine green tea, the owner(?) as well as my nail tech asked my name and remembered it throughout my appointment, and the job my nail tech did was exemplary. Even the massage chairs seem to be higher quality than in other salons. I've gone to many salons in the past and usually it's mostly about quick turnover and getting you out the door. Chen, my nail tech, was so efficiently meticulous in her work - My nails look incredible. She asked, and very closely stuck to, what shape I wanted my nails and how short. I love B Nails. They do fabulous work and have a great clean atmosphere. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is that I am extremely frustrated with their appointment scheduling. I have tried no less than 7 times over the last 2 months to get in for an appointment. I used to be a regular here- but now, its impossible to get in, even with a 2-3 day lead time. I travel a lot for a living- and can't make nail appointments 2 weeks ahead of time, so I find it incredibly frustrating when every other nail salon in Denver can get you in same day, and these guys can't get me an appointment 2-3 days ahead of time. Its also really annoying that they still take walk ins when they can't even fit regulars in for an appointment. What burns me even more is that my fiance gave me a gift certificate here.... and now I don't know if I'll ever be able to use it. Its a real bummer since they do such a great job. read more

This was such an excellent experience. I am in town from Phoenix to visit family. They were able to fit me and my cousin in today for our Mani-Pedis. They offer great colors and both Shellac and the OPI shellac with great color choices. A hot stone was used after the great hand massage. There was also a massage given while my nails were drying that was fabulous. The staff was so friendly and personable. They called us by our first names the entire time and we giggled for an hour. B Nails is truly the BEST nail salon in Denver and trust me, I have searched and tried many in the area. I am a regular mani/pedi kind of girl and am very selective about where I go since I know that I will be frequenting the salon every 2 weeks at minimum. B Nails is the cleanest and most relaxing salon I have found. The owners, Wendy and Debbie are so friendly and take great care of their clients. Once you have been a few times they will remember you and always greet you by name when you walk in the door. The salon itself is a cozy and clean place and there is always relaxing music playing in the background. Every manicure I've had done here always lasts and they have tons of great shellac colors as well. Every pedicure I've had done has lasted no less than 4 weeks at a time...sometimes slightly longer. I get my manis/ shellac always done by Debbie and she is amazing and fun to chat with. I've had pedis done by nearly all of the cosmetologists and they've all done a fantastic job! All of the ladies that work here are friendly and great conversationalists and make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in by offering you water or green tea. You also will receive a complimentary short shoulder massage at the end of your appointment. Sadly I will be re-locating out of area for my job but I will miss all of the ladies here and the pampered and relaxed feeling I have during and after each appointment. Tried this place based on Yelpers and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! I got a great Shellac and my nail techTram was great, friendly and professional. The atmosphere was exactly as it should be when you are pampered. The place is truly spa like and worth the small extras. The owner has done a fabulous job at making your nail experience feel more like a mini retreat vs. like a nail factory line. If you are looking for a better nail or wax experience this is the place. I found B Nails based on Yelp reviews, and am so glad I went! The owners and staff are very personable and attentive, and the shop is very clean and cute. I made an appointment for a manicure, and luckily was able to squeeze in a pedicure when they had a cancellation. The reviews are correct, this place is great. Went today with my sister and even though we had an appointment we didn't get started right away but it was worth a little wait. Wendie (I think that's how I saw it spelled) was very friendly and tried hard to remember our names. My pedi was really great and the leg massage was awesome with hot towel and hot rock. Lovely!
