They got the job done earlier than the time we estimated and didn't cut any corners on safety or with protecting our stuff, so spending $500 bucks for two people to help move out and into our new place, both of which were on the second floor was very reasonable. This was almost 2 months later had I not checked my account they would have had the payment and I would have lost out on a large amount of money. I even referred this company to a few of my friends and they decided to go another way.... Good thing! I will NEVER REFER anyone to A2B moving company or use them again and if you're moving really research the company before you use. The reason I am making this review is because when I talked to the owner she wasn't sympathetic she said to me it was a very minor mistake. I don't call taking $1350.50 for the same amount that I paid in April and then in June the same amount a minor mistake. I can't bring myself to give them a rating.

It took them 4 people 5 hours work and we end up with a full load of truck. They work quite productively, followed my labels, and put boxes at my desired locations in the new house which saves me a lot of effort when unpacking. They have been careful when moving furnitures. I asked them to help swap refrigerators as well but we found out one of the refrigerator didn't fit the room at the last minute which caused some problems. We should measure the size before swapping. Overall, I'm happy with their service and will recommend them to other customers.
