The fact is, h2oRx is a quintessential 5-star company. From Kayla, who professionally manages appointments, to the technician's helper who does all the heavy lifting and digging, h2oRx has the most skilled, customer focused employees I have encountered in the DFW Metroplex. Their office staff and technicians are simply the best! For example, my regular sprinkler technician of 10 years actually located and partially uncovered my leaking valve. When he saw the complexity and amount of digging required to replace it, he candidly admitted the repair was beyond his expertise. Raul and his helper from h2oRx did a masterful job of replacing the valve (see photo). Kayla had already told me what the repair would cost ($267.80) and the h2oRx team's arrival window. There were absolutely no surprises. In fact, Kyle Jensen was correct when he told me his company could have charged more for this job. I might have grumbled a bit, but the quality of work on this complex job would have absolutely justified a higher price. What caught me off guard was being charged the same amount for a second valve repair performed during the same visit--a simpler, quicker repair that required no digging. In retrospect, I overreacted to the pricing issue. h2oRx's pricing policies are ultimately their business, and had I known ahead of time that the second repair would also cost $267.80, I would have approved it anyway. So, if you want the absolute best sprinkler system evaluation and repair service in the Metroplex, I strongly recommend h2oRx. Their technical expertise, professionalism, and workmanship are exceptional.

We reached out to Grizzly Brother Gutters for an estimate on a cleanout with gutter covers install. We were contacted by Nicholas who was extremely understanding of the situation. He quickly got us an appointment for an inspection and estimation. During the inspection, we found that the existing gutters were installed incorrectly and we had water pooling in some gutters. He was able to get the initial estimate on the stainless steel mesh covers we wanted. But after finding the other issues, he wanted to get us set up with a reliable setup without incurring too much expense. We advised that we were okay with a full replacement and continued with the process. We agreed that upgrading to 6" gutters and 3x4 downspouts was the way to go to address the water flowing issues. They were able to get us setup with a replacement solution in a weeks time. We addressed all the pooling issues and relocated some of the downspouts. The process was extremely painless and they took care of everything needed. **After a couple of weeks we found that a cap had a slow leak above the garage. Everything else has been doing splendidly. We reached out to Nick and he replied to me in a few minutes was able to get someone out to correct this the next day. They even made some additions for us to finish off the look of the gutters. He took really good care of us and we really wanted to show our appreciation for the care they brought to our home.

Acorn came highly recommended by the city…read moreas Code Enforcement had gotten some complaints in Southlake (imagine that) for the tree being close by a electric pole , but the guy from the city said they were a great company. So I called and spoke with Chris from Acorn. He got back to me right away. He was able to me be a day later and that was only because of my schedule not his. He came out and I told him what I wanted to have done to the tree. It was nothing fancy. It was get it off the citys electrical pole, the neighbors fence (which broke some) and they could just leave the rest for now lying on the ground. We talked about price and a day. His guys actually showed up earlier than the time stated and already had started working on things. Called Acorn and told her I would be writing a check and Brittany said she would be coming by to get it. But instead Chris came by to make sure the guys were doing what they should be. And he actually had them do a little bit more than originally planned! They did a great job for such a hot mess of a downed tree! So I would ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend hiring Acorn Tree Service. Thank you so much again Chris and to the guys that came and spent the time sawing away to get that tree down. I appreciate y'all so much!
