Because of some of the reviews I was skeptical but I can tell you from my experience - I had an exceptional experience with Bohme. The quality of the clothes, the ordering process and the multiple follow up emails of where my package is what I call exceptional customer service. You need to read all the print before ordering for the details that included you will be charged when you order along with some delivers take time - if this is an issue - don't order. I placed a big order, the sent me a tracking number but the order was never received. now they dont want to return the money or replace the products w/ the excuse I didnt get insurance. I have ordered from the Bohme website twice now. The first experience was fine and both the tops I ordered were as expected and the shipping time was just okay. Prior to making a second order in the middle of Covid-19 I tried reaching out to the customer service department via email multiple times to never hear anything back. I then tried reaching out through their Instagram site both on their page and through direct message before I finally got a vague response back. I was simply trying to get clarification on their return policy in the midst of a pandemic. I finally placed my order after a week of waiting to hear back from someone. My order was placed on May 13, 2020 and shipped out on May 15. On May 28 my order was expected to arrive and NOTHING. I reached out to the customer service via email and still have heard NOTHING back from Bohme. It is now June 7 and I still don't have a package and no updates from USPS since May 30th. I am coming up on 4 weeks since my order with zero follow up from customer service and no package. I am in complete awe of the lack of professionalism by this company. read more

Bohme's Customer Service is NONEXISTENT. For a month, I've emailed them several times, tried to use the contact us messenger on their website, and called them during business hours countless times--no answer and a full voicemail box...This is completely unacceptable. The only reason I'm trying to contact them is I ordered a skirt, dress and 2 shirts, they refunded me for the skirt saying they ran out of stock due to vendor issues BUT when I finally received my package 3 weeks after ordering the skirt was there! The dress (which was higher priced) was missing. The skirt is also incredibly big so I'd like to return it but I can't because according to their website to "start a return" they've already returned the skirt for a refund. I have received some beautiful clothes from this company in the past but unfortunately this isn't the first bad experience I've had with them. They need to spend money on a customer service representative instead of instagram influencer marketing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. read more

The ladies working were very sweet. The moment I walked in I was greeted. A few minutes later I was asked if I needed help. A lady was also kind enough to start a room for me. Vanessa did an excellent job in the fitting room by keeping things organized, offering help, and being bubbly. Ladies working the cashier were also sweet. You can get started with a point system by simply signing up, racking points, and after $300 you get $10 off. They don't do refunds but you can get store credit. Only reason why this place didn't get 5 stars were because some of the items I tried on seemed to have low quality while others seemed fine. Their selections are so cute though! read more

I'm not from the UT area, so I've only ever purchased online. I think I stumbled across it from Instagram maybe, but it has quickly become my absolute favorite store. It's actually a bit dangerous to be honest, just because I don't even want to think about just how much money I've spent. I've used the 20% on a first order, and I love waiting for emails about sales. Not to mention, when they put things on clearance, they are usually marked INSANELY low! I don't even want to knock off a star, because of how much I love it, but I will say that their sizing is a little wonky. I've bought two pairs of the same pants. The first time, I bought a small and they were SUPER small, and the next, I bought a medium, because I loved the pants so much, and then they were a little too big. I totally still wear them though. Things do shrink in the dryer, so I end up hanging all of the clothes that I purchase from there. But I guess that's to be expected of any cottons. I literally look at their website close to once or twice a day, and I have to mentally talk myself out of buying clothes. I am a recent college grad, working my first "big girl" job out of college, and their clothes are PERFECT! They are still young and stylish (even my 60 year old boss told me that I present myself very well!), but they are still professional enough to wear in an office...unless you're job requires suits. Then maybe not. One of my close friends said that I should start an instagram about page for fashionable work clothes, since he said I look very stylish every day. And 9 times out of 10, I'm wearing at least once piece that I purchased from Bohme. I can't wait for another month or two, and I'll be checking them out for fall/winter clothes as well! I ordered a small pair of pants. They can to me in about 5 days which was nice. However when I opened them, the bag said small, the tag said small, but the actual pants were a large. Super disappointing. And I wish they had the size XS, but they don't. They also never responded to my email. read more

Super pissed. I went to return a dress after taking it home for ONE nightand realizing it just wasn't the right fit for me and then I find out that you can't return- only exchange/in store credit. So I asked why no one told me this upon check out and she said that it's listed on the receipt.... so I don't find out that I can return the product until after I've purchased it? She said they also have a sign at their counter- she then turned it to face me because it was facing the wrong direction and it's a small sign hidden in the clutter of all their crap on the counter. So now I can't return a product I don't like and have to go back to a place that I now hate because this whole experience has ruined it for me forever. If you are going to have less than the standard return policy- 30 days then you need to tell every customer. read more

I had a really bad experience at Bohome's store, I went to buy clothes and since I was running few errands I had to go in and out fast. So, I decided to get a few items and pay for them so I can try the at home and whatever didn't feet I thought I'll take it back later that day or the next day. A couple of things didn't fit right so I took them back to the store to return them back and get credit back to my Visa and the girl at the register told me that once I buy anything from them there where no returning, so they gave me store credit so now I am obligated to buy from them and of course Bohome has a win win, and I got F*&# up. I don't recommend this place because they are NOT thinking of their customers but only their profits. By the way the didn't told me about this poor ethical policy when I pay for all I bought. read more

I was so excited to order from this store. I had been looking at their website for months and I finally was able to order something. I bought four things. One of the items they sent me the wrong size so I immediately returned it. I washed one shirt according to the label and it was misshaped and looked awful. The next shirt I wore one time and the button fell off. I spent over 100 dollars (which doesn't include the shirt I immediately sent back) and only have one article of clothing to show for it. They clothing is poor quality and expensive. So sad :( read more

I love there clothes. But the customer service is completely horrible. Every location I've ever been to my experience has been sub par.

The business is run by morons! They give you a raise and promotion and shortly after you find on your check, your pay was reduced by $3/hr! Did I say without notice! They pay their sales associate barely over minimum wage and when you get another job and give two weeks notice, they start taking hours away from you so you only work 4hrs/week! They constantly send you home from your scheduled shift because they don't know how to manage their stores. I would never working here. The Associates are scolded for not forcing items on customers! the story goes, if a shopper puts two items in the dressing room, the associate is supposed to put 5 more in there. Push sales, push items or go home!! LOOK OVER THEIR CLOTHES thoroughly. They are often damaged! If you did not see the damage and you pull tags off, you're stuck with their bad choices. read more

I have always been a fan of Bohme clothes, everything I've gotten there has been wonderful. The store associates have always been helpful. Recently I placed an order online and when it arrived I found that the pants were not the right size. I emailed the web support team and within 24 hours she responded to let me know a few options to getting the right size. She offered to ship me the new size right away, and she also let me know that the store near me had my size in stock. Then she called that store and placed them on hold for me! Also, without me even inquiring, she noticed that my online order had a small error (one of the shirts had been tagged wrong) and refunded me $14! I have found the cutest clothes on their website but unfortunately they shrink like crazy. I followed the directions exactly, but they still shrunk. Very disheartening considering their clothes are not cheap. One of the items is unwearable and will be a belly shirt. I don't understand how that happens when I ordered a large. I'm very concerned because I have another shirt that I haven't washed yet. I emailed customer service regarding this, but I don't anticipate they will do much. I feel like they always have the most product, the cutest styles in, and the girls working there are seriously so sweet. I got the feel that they genuinely care about the customer experience and will go above and beyond for their customers and their company. The store always looks so organized, clean, and orderly. Came here with a friend on a Friday afternoon to look at dresses and swimsuits. They had a few cute options, but we didn't end up finding anything. The reason I'm writing a review is that the customer service was pretty bad to the point that my friend and I were uncomfortable and decided to leave. Bohme seems to be a pretty LDS oriented store based on the styles and the other women who were shopping there. My friend and I are not LDS and we wore regular, not-too-revealing summer outfits (shorts and tank tops) but felt like we were being stared at and judged. The saleswomen were very friendly and helpful to other shoppers but basically ignored my friend and I (and another woman in the store who was dressed in a non-LDS style). I've lived in Utah for most of my adult life and I'm used to the cultural differences but I've never felt unwelcome in a store like I did here. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would for customer service. At the fashion place mall location is where I experienced the worst retail customer service I've ever had in my life. I haven't had a bad experience at other locations but I cannot stress enough how horrible It was today.. First off I NEVER write reviews and especially not mean ones like this but my experience was so frustrating hopefully someone in management will see this and realize they need to make a change. When I walked in I started picking out dresses to go to a wedding this week. I was very busy and didn't have a lot of time so I got right to work. The sales associate Kendra asked to start me a room which was fine and took my dresses. She asked if I am looking for anything specific, I said no because I like to do my own thing always when shopping (like most people, if you've ever worked in retail you know people don't like to be bothered a lot when shopping). Anyways she literally kept coming up to me and every time I picked up a dress she asked to put it in the room. I've worked on commission and understand its competitive but literally she was following me when I clearly did not want her to. I told her AT LEAST 4 times that "no, I'm fine. I'll let you know" if I needed something. Anyways she still grabbed a dress every time I picked it up and kept adding dresses to my dresses that she wanted me to try on. I told her three times I didn't have time to try more dresses on. Anyways, I tried everything on, she got me the sizes I needed for these two dresses and I was ready to go. I wanted to browse really quick for shoes to go with the dress before I left and I was literally on the phone and she kept telling me what shoes to try on and what would look good with the dress... Like no, don't bother me on the phone. I've already told you I don't want/need help. So FINALLY, I basically ran to the counter to get out of there and the lady that rung me up told me they had a sale, but 2 get the third half off. I said no thank you, and she looked at me funny like i had offended her. She then said to sign up for texts and I would get 30% off a second item, I said no thank you and that I was very busy and didn't want to and she said "oh you don't want to save 30%?", and glared at me as if I had done something wrong. I said no and again for the millionth time and said I was very busy. So she rang up the dress and asked for my name, phone number, then address... I said "are you signing me up for something without asking me?" And she said "no, it's just our loyalty rewards program.... Um we don't send you anything." I looked at her and said no don't sign me up, you know I'm in a hurry, you don't need to sign me up with out my permission. She could tell I was upset at this point, so she tried to ring up the dress but now... The receipt wasn't printing. She said she knew I was in a hurry and asked if I even needed one. Um yes, I need a receipt. Working in retail you should always give them a receipt. She said if I needed to return it they have my phone number... Um no sorry that won't do anything. I waited for 5 minutes til it printed and then sprinted out of there. I know this review is soooo long but honestly they were the most blood thirsty commission based workers I've ever met. They were VERY rude and inconsiderate only thinking about commission and could very much tell the entire time I did not want to be bothered. I wish I could remember the name of the girl that rang me up because she was incredibly rude and catty bc I did not up her commission for the day. And she wasn't even the one that "helped" me the whole time. Makes me want to literally never go back and tell everyone to stay away because they were so incredibly rude to my face bc I didn't help them with commission. Will literally never go back to this store. read more

I absolutely love this store. The clothes are all super cute and great quality. I have clothes there from a couple years ago that are still in excellent condition. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. They will give me advice on what looks good, and help me find pieces that I might like. They are a little pricey, but they have great sales all the time, and they have a good rewards system you can sign up for. If you don't shop at Bohme you are definitely missing out. read more

However, my most recent order was placed almost three weeks ago and I have still not received the items ordered. I have contacted customer service numerous times, via email, and the response has not been very helpful and actually a bit rude. The last email was 6 days ago and still no resolution. Clothes are definitely overpriced and their return policy is horrible. I bought a pair of jeans and decided I didn't really like them as much as I had thought. I returned them but they only give store credit. So I have been stuck with a gift card from this store for 2 years cause I can never find anything I like from there. I recently found this store and have placed a few orders online. On my last purchase, the boots I ordered turned out to be out of stock due to an error on the website. I received a very apologetic email from Megan along with a refund for the boots and a credit. Customer service like this is rare these days.
